Donuts are good, but the service lacks. Got a dozen and total came out to 27. I understand an extra charge per special doughnut but this is extreme, each one came out to about 2.3. And i was not told about this until i had to pay. Looked as if i was charged per doughnut instead of it as a dozen. Safe to say i am not coming here again, plenty other places that are much more welcoming
I was introduced to Sarah Donuts ? about a year ago. LAWD help me! These Donuts melt in your mouth. Today I stopped by and brought Donuts for my staff and they loved them.. I'm not trying to go here every month, but whenever I decide to try myself to a Donut, it will be here.???

Great donuts. But customer service is horrible. There’s too many other franchises in the area where you’ll feel much more welcomed. Take the extra time to go somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

First time going into the place and the woman was sweeping the floor as I walked in. As soon as she heard the door open, she instantly rolled her eyes and caught an attitude, dropped the broom and went behind the register like I was disturbing her. No greeting or anything. Just rude . I really felt like it was discrimination, so I turned around and walked right back out . Not giving my money to any business that operates the way she did .
Donuts were stale first thing in the morning. It's like they were day old donuts. That's fine if you market them that way, but I paid regular price and expected fresh. Should have gone to JJ's.Do better.
