Worst Popeyes location. It's relatively new in our area and went already through a manager. Seems like nobody is going here and most of the time looks abandoned. This morning I was thinking to get a breakfast sandwich. Was already weird since no cars are here, but light was on. After waiting in the drive through I was told through the speaker that the System is down and I cannot get served. I guess this was the last time I gave this location a try. Pretty sure that this one is a money pit and. Will be closed soon. Hopefully we get a Bojangles....

Terrible experience. The cashier was rude to us, but we were shocked when the manager was even more rude. We asked for honey and they gave us 2 packets for 14 piece chicken and 7 biscuits. The honey and hot sauce packets were open, and it dripped all over our clothes as the cashier passed it over to us.We ordered 14 pieces of chicken, however there was only 12 pieces of chicken in the box. Please note that if you are going to this Popeyes, to makesure you get the correct amount of chicken you ordered. The chicken we got was dry, under-cooked, and tasted like it was old chicken. It also had a bad smell when we bought it home.Unacceptable Customer service by the cashier and manager. We are absolutely will not going to this Popeyes ever again.

Such a terrible location that is horribly managed. They have a under new management sign which is ironic based on the service. I arrived to pick up my online order and approached the doors to the dining room which were both open. I approached the counter and the cashier said they were only open in drive through even for a online order. Why is there not a simple sign that states that? Ok. I go around to the drive through window. The girl said she could not find my online order. I then gave me name and she disappeared. A minute later the same cashier inside gave me the order. The chicken sandwich was in a fish package which I assumed was a fish sandwich and I asked to confirm. The girl said they don’t sell the fish anymore and it’s a chicken. So why be upset that I am confused. I then check my chicken box and it was certainly wrong. I ordered white meat but was given dark. They began to imply that because I used a promo that it had to be dark. Which is incorrect because the promo allows for both meat options. After arguing for a moment I was given my correct order minutes later. I have never been treated so terribly for being right as a customer.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… I normally don’t write reviews but this place was one of the most awful Popeyes I’ve ever been to! First, they don’t have a full menu, no vegetables at all. Second, wvery single time we give it another shot through the drive through, we are told to pull forward after we pay and have had to wait for at LEAST 30 minutes…. I finally had to go inside and our bag of chicken was just sitting on the counter and there were other cars parked from drive through waiting just as long for their food as well. I’ve never seen anything so horrible. Not to mention they were just out of everything we tried to order, no dark meat, no Mac n cheese, they were out of shrimp and strawberry lemonade. I will not be going here again- I don’t understand how Popeyes corporate office doesn’t shut this place down. The tables inside also were full of crumbs and dirty. The place is not kept up and it’s fairly new. Just a shame. We were so excited to have a Popeyes in our community and this one is BEYOND a disappointment. Carry a full Popeyes menu.

Hadn't had Popeye's in awhile and decided to stop in. There was a couple in front of me that was trying to order some nuggets and the staff seemed confused as to whether or not they had them. A good five minutes passed before the couple could finish their order due to staff wandering around the back. The lady asked for extra honey saying she liked to dip her chicken in it and was told she could only have 1 package per biscuit. She asked if she could buy some extra packs and was told NO. I was worried about my own order at this point. My order went ok, but in the 20 minutes following my order while I waited for my food, there was constant screaming and crying from a baby belonging to one of the employees. They had just left the child in a high chair in the dining room. The lady I assume was a manager went out and picked up the baby and told the mother to go get diapers. So, the mother goes out to a car parked in the handicapped spot and got the diapers. No handicap tag or temporary hanging in window. Not a good experience at all and especially with the prices so high. I will not be returning to this location.

Don’t waste your time. They’re serving food that was made hours before. Dining room is closed. Staff was very rude. Par for the course for a Popeyes I guess. I should know better by now.

This place is AWFUL!!!! I stopped here on my way home and wish I had kept driving. I ordered a 12pc chicken nugget and a 2 piece meal. The nuggets were not eatable. They looked and taste as if they were left over from lunch and had been sitting out all day under the heating lamp. I purchased them around 5pm so you can imagine how they must have looked and how tough they were. The 2pc wasn't any better. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes with the 2pc meal. The mashed potato container had 1 tablespoon of potatoes. Absolutely pathetic. I will not be returning and suggest others avoid this location. Due to inflation driving the cost of everything up more care should be taken to make sure consumers get their money's worth.

Tried Popeyes for the first time and it was pretty good. The service from the Manager was phenomenal with Romona. Honey with Biscuits with the kicker. Love t here.

I always love Popeyes honey! I had to give them back the red beans & Rice though. They only gave me 2 oz serving so I traded for fries other than that my chicken was hot & delicious?

I understand food service is a stressful business to be in, especially with the current labor shortage. So, I tried to be as polite as possible, but all I got was an attitude from the young cashier girl. She had her back turned against me when taking my order. I was a bit annoyed but tried to be understanding since she was trying to fulfill other orders. As expected, she misheard my order, so I simply corrected the order as a normal person would. This is when she finally decides to turn around to take my order, but not without visibly expressing her annoyance towards me. I resisted the urge to walk out and calmly repeated my order again. Then, she asked if I wanted mild or spicy. I ask for half and half and she threw her arms up in the air and turned around to check if they had enough chicken to fulfill my order.I'm not entirely sure what I did to offend her so much during this interaction. I've always treated service workers with respect and most of them return the same level of respect back or are apathetic at worst. But the cashier here was outright condescending and hostile.
