They did deliver my order more than one hour late, the food was cool already
The pizza was cold, the pizza dough was too thick of a ratio, not enough cheese, sauce, toppings, the pizza was rubbery consistency, it did not have a fresh taste. Very disappointed this visit.

Legitimately the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I loved pizza hut. I have been trying to convert my sons who love marco’s pizza into pizza hut lovers.The pizza was in the warmer when I got there which I arrived exactly when they said it would be ready. Meaning it really should have just been coming out.This definitely isn’t the pizza hut pizza I remember. I got stuffed crust with garlic crust. There was no garlic crust. The inside dough to the stuffed crust was raw dough with the cheese not even thoroughly melted. The pizza had very little sauce. Zero flavor. The bottom of the pizza even felt wrong. Lacking flavor and crispness.We also got wings. Boneless. Horrible. The equivalent to frozen off brand boneless wings on clearance in your grocery freezer section.Pizza hut, I’m breaking up with you.
My pizza was cold and dry. I would like my pizza to be fresh and hot.
I had issues with using my hut rewards on the computer and phone on my last order. I do not know who I would talk to correct this problem.

I had to order food at the last minute while returning home from an appt. I had 20 minutes to get the food. Ordering online was easy and the food was ready when i arrived at the Pizza Hut restaurant. Greatly appreciated!
