worst pizza i have ever tasted i ordered two medium pizzas with hand tossed crust and i double checked on their website for the fluffier crust and not to mention my order was to match the order i had the PREVIOUS night and yet when I get the pizza it has a thin crust and when confronted the female manager stated that it is hand tossed when clearly it wasnt both according to prior experience and the picture associated ON THEIR WEBSITE and she basically said i can fix it but I have to charge you more money!? I usually go to this place all the time but the one experience with her has ruined it for me never again
This review is regarding the Peachtree Industrial location. Last night, I placed a delivery order for a Big Dinner Box. There was an estimated timeframe of 20-30 minutes, but it took an hour to get to me. I called Pizza Hut, and the lady who picked up put me on hold and came back with "Well, we're backed up, but it'll be there." All I got to say was "Okay" before she hung up. I understand businesses are understaffed, but there should at least be an apology when you aren't keeping your promised delivery time. When I finally got my dinner box, there was no marinara sauce inside. I called Pizza Hut again and told the lady who picked up that the pizza was late and cold and that there was no sauce. She immediately said that she's the one who boxes and always puts a marinara sauce in there and always checks to make sure. She also rudely said that the drivers were all busy. ... Do they not use hot bags? I'm a delivery driver, and I use hot bags. The pizza shouldn't be cold. Anyway, she said she'd put in a ticket for the sauce and that they'll redeliver it when their drivers got back. So, I waited, but the sauce was never delivered. I called again this morning, and halfway explained the situation when the lady (named Renee) immediately deflected blame and said she wasn't working yesterday. She asked for the name on the order and said she'd credit us $0.99 for the sauce. I asked, "It's not a refund?" and she said they can only credit us because it's already been tendered. And then further explained that the credit can be used in another Pizza Hut order. I repeated that the pizza was also cold, and she said she'll have someone look into it and call me back. Then, I talked about the sauce and she just repeated, "I'll have someone look into it and call you back" and then hung up on me. The employees at Pizza Hut on PIB are extremely rude and unprofessional. On an additional note, the pizza itself was unappetizing. I ordered a buffalo sauce pizza, and I could barely taste the buffalo sauce. The breadsticks were also salty. On many aspects, Pizza Hut failed to deliver. I will not be ordering from them again.
No complaints so far. But last pizza I had was not up to the par. Seems like not cooked well or overcooked. Hopefully Next time they will do a better job. Customer service is great that day by the way. Thanks.
My order was lost, i arrived and waited so long for my cubside order. They say they did not know what happened to my order. So they had to rush my order and i got home to some of my chicken cold in the inside. They did not warm or cook all the way, i had to put them back in a pan to warm them and the sauce was not covering all of them. Am very disappointed. So many customers came and went, leaving me right there. I ordered online for cubside.
We were told on the phone the one pizza we ordered would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arriving 18 minutes later, I was told with apologies that the pizza had not been made yet. They were swamped. They would need 8 minutes to make and bake it. I agreed to wait. These things happen. Then about ten minutes later I had my pizza, which was very good tasting. I was informed of $5 off on my next order, which was something. So I am neutral on the whole experience.
The staff added an item (via phone) on an order that I had placed on the web. It was easy. They also added the parmesan cheese crust which I understand Pizza Hut has discontinued. Why is Pizza Hut eliminating the crust toppings? They are great!
The food was delicious, but the gentleman working the phone/register was so kind and accommodating. Just so pleasant I would go out of my way to go to this location from now on.
The veggie Lovers Pizza tasted fantastic and the veggies were fresh and the pizza was well made. My family loved it. Thank you guys.
Horrible pizza. Not sure what to like about it. Basically you get what you pay for. A half baked large dough with thousands of toppings for $14.. As soon you order here, you choose money over good food, so you can not complain.
Sorry LC but I’ll gladly pay $10+ extra any day for Pizza Hut…..In my household, we may have a cheese pizza from LC once or twice a month and my 12 year old ONLY wanted them until today. So, I ordered a veggie Pizza today and let’s just say LC hold on her is a thing of the past! Finally….lol.Love this location! They were friendly and the pizza came out hot and super fresh! STILL THE BEST!!!
