I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza an hour ago and when I got it, one of the slices got a really long piece of hair in it. It's not mine because I have short hair. No one else in my family has long hair. I called the General Manager Alex and he said that it's not his hair because he's bald. He told me over the phone that he cannot refund me nor can I return the pizza because of policy. He did say that he's going to report it to investigation but the results will depend if other customers had the same problem.I will not get Papa Johns pizza anymore. I am disappointed.
Really bad service. Wasted an hour trying to get a pizza delivered via door dash. They cancelled my order twice, claimed they never received my order, and no one would speak to me unless I called to place a new order at the restaurant. Everyone they transferred me to disconnected me.
I should’ve checked the reviews before trying this place. I ordered online and showed 35-44 minute wait. My toddler and I stopped by Publix and got there a little later than the shown time. There were at least 7-8 people waiting in the small waiting area. They haven’t even started my order. I asked the lady to cancel my order and she did. She gave me the receipt not even looking at me. Was it too much to expect her to say sorry? We had to go back to Publix to get a frozen pizza for dinner. Now reading other reviews, my experience is not even close to the worst. I guess it’s just a popular area so they don’t care about such things. And, NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WEARS MASKS. They just lost my business which they wouldn’t even care.
I ordered pizza on November 29th, and the pizza was not cooked properly, so I called the staff and informed them, but her attitude was unfriendly, there was no apology, and rather treated me as a bad customer. I tried to finish after receiving an apology, but I was angry at her attitude and asked for a refund, and she said yes. But after a week, no money came into my card, and I called today and talked about the refund, but the manager said he couldn't give me a refund after a week.
Just ordered a cheese pizza and looks like I got extra topping for free there's a roach in the pizza box ALEX who claims to be the GM says he checks every box before delivery guess he's a liar and have very bad hygiene I will be reporting this store and call corporate I guess this is their better ingredients to their better pizza
I've order wings and a pizza from them via Doordash. Pizza didn't have the ingredients I've chosen. Called and spoke with the store manager, very poor attitude and didn't care to fix my problem. Also the wings were uncooked and nasty. Please don't waste your money and time with this place.
Give these folks a nice big tip when they come to you! I tried 3 domino's in my area that all said they didn't deliver to me. Papa John's had my pizza to me 35 minutes before the wait time was said to be over and it honestly made my night a lot better. Will be going back to them!
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Literally the WORST!!! Did NOT receive what I ordered and then called them to let them know we always get a call center( I don’t even understand that). The call center couldn’t even get the actual store! Was on hold on 3 DIFFERENT PHONES!!!! Still NO ANSWER! Do NOT EAT HERE THEY DON’T CARE!!!

Last night I ordered a pizza and a 2 litter bottle of drink. Driver left the pizza in the cold without the drink. He did not even ring the door bell. I left a complain with their agent. This morning someone called and stating that he doesn't know what happened with my drink order and refused to refund my money for the bottle of drink. I would not recommend this store anyone.
