Went thru the drive thru. Worst chow mein I’ve ever had. Practiacally only 4 noodles, the rest is just onions. I called an said “this chow mein sucks” and they said “I’m sorry sometimes we just run out, you can come back.” Like that’s cool but I’m already at work, that was my lunch and I can’t leave again. Maybe inform people in the drive thru you’ve run out so that they can choose something else, or come back when you have actual chow mein and not just onions. None of the other Panda Express I’ve been to has ever just served me onions. They always tell me they are out and the wait time. I wouldn’t have ever just chosen onions as a side. I would’ve just gotten something else if they told me they were out. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this location. Inconvenient and inconsiderate for thinking I wouldn’t notice that my chow mein was 98% onions and 2%, maybe even less, of chow mein. Waste of money and my time, which is also money,
ordered a bowl with white rice and kung pao chicken. when i got home and i opened it everything looked fine the kung pao chicken looked like kung pao chicken. but when i tasted it i realized they made the kung pao chicken with teriyaki sauce. extremely disappointed. i just wanted my kung pao chicken. i hate teriyaki. will not be coming back. absolutely infuriated.
This is my go to place for lunch everyday at 10:30 but today, they made me wait until 11:00 so I was late for work. Teriyaki chicken was always available but not today. Poor service
in this place they steal the person who added food to me that I hadn't asked for her name is mimi just because I don't speak English she added an extra charge to my ticket I always ask for the same thing in different china panda and they charge me the same and this person tried to steal me I asked for an explanation and I just said I don't understand, I ask you to check if the ticket and I hope the owner will see this.
Decline of the PandaI eat here occasionally, it has been pretty decent up until the last few months (post pandemic). I'm not sure what happened, but this now tastes like bad frozen Chinese food...every time. Today, I was the only person on line and the staff couldn't be bothered to try and help. I'm not sure what they were so busy with, but I was rushed through the line with a mistake being made on my order. Not the end of the world, but a little attentiveness could have solved the problem. As I was checking out, the cashier asked if I wanted to "donate". The sign at the register suggested "rounding up" my purchase, which I agreed to do. after I left, I noticed a $5.00 "donation" was charged to my credit card. Im taking Panda Express our of the lunch rotation.
Worst location. Not supporting them anymore. Went three times now, had orders wrong…got home and realized it…then third time they served me the old, burned mush left over from the bottom of the pan rather than preparing me a fresh order. Terrible. Emailed them and reported all these incidents and they responded, asked for my receipt number, gave it to them and never responded on refunding me a whole $9! Followed up with them on getting a refund and they didn’t respond. Ridiculous. They are willing to lose a lifetime customer rather than refunding me my $9 for burnt mush food. Don’t go to this place! In fact don’t support this chain at all. Terrible customer service and food is often iffy at best, and def count on wrong orders.
Love coming to this panda! It was my first time coming and Michael was so kind and very professional! Will be coming back! He has the best customer service!
Went inside and watched to make sure my order was done correctly. Paid and drove off to eat it and they swapped my order with another made some how. This is the fourth time this location has screwed up my order. They don't know what they are doing at this location. Nor do they care when I talked to the manager. Ridiculous. The DM or corporate needs to get this location straightened out.
Friendly staff (even through the pandemic) and food is always fresh.
The service sucks th order to drink only after I paid and asked about it and finally I did not enjoy take seems to be in a rush they were not ready to because there were still cooking and not every dish was out did not offer us any enjoyed the very thought and hard low mine I literally throw away everything and left
