So, I ordered thru my mobile phone. The pick up time was 12:45pm. I show up at 12:50, I pull up to the drive-thru, I give my name for my order and the employee tells me that my order was already picked up!? I explained to her that I had just placed my order via my cellphone and then I drove to the location to pick it up but she insisted that someone else had already picked up my order. I told her that if they gave my food to someone then they gave it to the wrong person but the employee insisted that I check with other family members about picking up my order. I tried again to explain that no one else was involved and no one else was supposed to pick up my order but she continued to try to force me to admit that I had someone else pick up the order. I was nearly irate at this point so I asked for a manager but how convenient, "the manager was off today!" I understand that some people just aren't trustworthy and that someone else could have walked in and taken my order but I was upset at how the employee just wouldn't accept the fact that someone could have taken my order but instead she wanted to insist that I was scamming for free food! That part is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Update 6/29/22:Although the food is reasonably tasty, portions NO longer ample; especially since they downsized the take out boxes a while back. Upon opening box at table, went back to counter to question why there was more vegetable than beef in broccoli beef, employee said they "count" the pieces. Instead of giving us a couple more pieces of beef and let it go, employee said, "if we do it for you, we'll have to do it for everyone." See photo. So, in effect, the beef has become a condiment instead of an entree. After apparently watching us photograph the meal at table, employee came to table, repeated the "...have to do for everyone", then gave us card for free item next time. A bit too little too late. Suggest employees have customer satisfaction training instead of giving "technical explanation". If more people are complaining about portion size, then maybe it's time to correct or lower price for smaller portion. After all, this is a meal, not an appetizer. Also tried the new Mongolian bbq and disappointed with flavor. Nothing like standard restaurant Mongolian beef.Going to take a pass on Panda and go back to regular Chinese restaurant instead.************2021:Portions are ample. Store is well kept. Would like chain to expand menu items or at least make monthly changes. Mongolian beef is a Chinese restaurant staple, but have never seen it here. Yet they serve other beef, i.e. broccoli beef.
Food was dry and old. Looks like it's owned by Chinese. It was more like a Chinese restaurant in the mall than Panda Express. It's not bc their Chinese. If you've eaten at the mall ,Chinese restaurant, then you'll understand.over sauced sweet old food. It's the best way I can describe. Not friendly, no tissue in restroom, and everything felt rushed. Just like mall. Idk.
First of all, they had no orange chicken prepared on a Sunday, an obvious sign of mismanagement. So they ask customers to wait 7 to 10 minutes for a task that takes them 15 to 20 minutes. 20 minutes of burning gas (which is $5/gallon) is the hidden, undisclosed cost of eating at this Panda Express. We should not be expected to waste an expensive resource AND pay full menu price for you to NOT have your #1 seller prepared. And not only did I wait for the orange chicken, to add insult to injury they made ALL THEIR BACK ORDERS at once, so that even people who got here after me got their order at the same time. Meaning that the time I wasted wasn't even waiting on the food that I purchased, I wad also waiting on other people as well. It is not tenable to eat here anymore.
Old Chinese lady took a order and I ask for 6 hot sauce and she said "no only 2 for you " I ask why? And she said each order gets 2 sauce which I never heard visiting panda for 10 years ...okI hate old Chinese lady owns panda expressIt doesn't matter which location of panda expresswhen Chinese lady take order panda I get bad services
Me and my friend went through the drive through and needing separate tickets for his small order and my small order. They refused to do that one simple thing.Plus I understand that other languages is ok, but if you plan on having someone on drive through in a country where the primary language is English they need to know how to speak it properly plus they need to know how to split order which I know their system is capable of.
I would not recommend the mushroom chicken... it was mostly gristle and fat... no real chicken. Gross. However, the grilled teriyaki my husband ate was a nice white meat chicken breast.
Door says they close the lobby at 9:30, online says they close at 9. Very confusing especially when you make plans to meet up with somebody last minute at their favorite spot and have to change plans last minute. Had one really bad night, otherwise would rate 5 stars.
Always good and a refreshing change from every other fast food eatery. Generous portions and good pricing, so skip a burger and try this. Not low calorie or vegan, but very tasty. For some reason, they had no spring rolls last week and I love spring rolls with hot mustard. I was disappointed, but the rest of the meals were very good.
Terrible service. Did a drive through and when I got home and checked my food, I had only 3 pieces of steak. Will never buy anything from this place again. Stuff also rushed us to order and rude.
