As a moe’s advocate/connoisseur this was the worst location I’ve been to. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but from the recent reviews this is constant. My bowl was made with hate and I almost walked out of the restaurant. I see that someone said they are stingy with their portions and I second that. Most definitely won’t be back!
Upon entering the Moe’s, it was dead empty. Didn’t think much of it and then once I started ordering, I started to see that it was my worst Moe’s experience ever, I really mean it. The portions were Nothing that they should be. I’m not exaggerating, I got 4 or 5 pieces of the protein, barely anything else on there and then they asked if I even wanted chips… it always comes with chips, why would I not want them. I attached the photo of the side portion they gave me. Place didn’t seem the most up kept. Do Not Come here. I rarely make reviews, really but this was so terrible. This is not to Moe’s standard
Don't go here, these folks put the absolute least amount of protein in your food possible. I politely asked for an actual full scoop and they ignored me on two separate trips. I'm not one to make a scene but I'll never go back again. Terrible franchise owners that won't give a decent product to their loyal customers as they need to squeeze every penny they possibly can out of each meal the serve.EDIT 4/1/22 - These guys have a very specific technique you'll note when you go into the restaurant. They are supposed to give you two scoops of protein but only do one. They make an effort to only have a piece or two of protein in the 2nd scoop. They forbid you from getting half chicken half pork (for example) because then it would be oblivious. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!
Not sure how Stan Shuttleworth gave four stars for the reason that I’m giving one. He must have had a different crew or maybe it wasn’t a Friday night. I arrived at 7:52p and the door was locked, but the open sign was still on. The gentleman had just locked the door as I was walking up to the door. I only gave two stars because I frequent this Moes and they are usually friendly. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here so maybe it’s a new crew. It was Friday, 4/1 at 7:52p.
Avoid this Moe’s at all cost! These guys have perfected a real scoop of protein and then an empty scoop to pretend like they’re giving you the portions their corporate leadership has set as a standard. Ironically enough, they were annoyed when I asked for half chicken & half pork as they have no way to short change me on my meal that way. Try it sometime, they are scammers at this location and should be avoided at all cost! Chipotle is right down the street, they are consistent!
Avoid this Moe’s at all cost! I enjoy Moe’s, for a year my boyfriend had told me to stay away from this one because the franchises were to cheap to actually give a normal Moe’s portion. He swore he’d never step foot in this Moe’s again! Against his better judgement, I stopped, he was right it’s a terrible Moe’s and should be avoided at all cost. They portion their meats so sparingly there is no point in going, not to mention there is a chipotle right up the street!
We arrived 7 minutes before closing and not only did they serve us but they allowed the rest of our group who showed up a couple of minutes late to come in and be served. They were kind, and courteous throughout the process. Thanks for going above and beyond! 5 stars!
Salsa was rotten, food tasted horrible, ordered a bowl and it wasn't even half full, rude owner who was very cheap
HORRIBLE is an understatement for how our visit to this location went. Extremely rude owner who gave the bare minimum in our food. Messed up my order and will never go again.
This place isn't the same anymore the food is okay but there's the joy and excitement left out like everyone just looks busy but I come here every monday in the afternoon and i don't see Ali anymore that cute young boy who was working he used to bring the joy and happiness friendly and nice to talk to the place but i don't see him no more very fast boy in the line and just handling everything right
