Fault was all mine. Two times in a row I was stuck in the drive-thru. 15 minutes of silence. The first time I was able to park my car and go inside to get food. The second time all the doors were locked, yes, there are people inside, some cars at the drive-thru window without any movement. Why all the doors were locked? This is not how you do business. As I said in the beginning, fault was all mine, for even going there for a second time. Lesson learned. I've never spent more than 5 minutes in the drivethru line at the chicken fastfood chain just across the street even they typically have many more cars. Also there are several other fast food places around. In general I like MCD, but it is not a must.
I went to this McDonald's today with my grandson and the food was delicious and picture perfect as one reviewer stated. I ordered two Big Macs no pickles, two large sweet tea's light ice, and a large fry. The sweet tea was definitely sweet and they actually made it with light ice as requested!!! It's been a while since I have been to a fast food restaurant and everything was prepared as ordered, freshly cooked and good as well.
Waited in the drive through on the far right, while they were only taking cars on the left. After the third car I went to the window to have my order placed. While placing my order I got attitude from the cashier, explaining that there drive through system on the right wasn't working.Service has drastically diminished at this location.
Tragically understaffed on the regular. Give the lightskinned black woman a raise for running the place by herself today 4/13/22 @ 425pm and hire more staff. Waited in line for 20+ mins and STILL didn't get my food because I just gave up... this is not the first time this has happened at this location. If management is there they are not actively helping the crew when necessary... went to Chick-fil-a instead
This is the last time I give this location a chance. This place is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. The food sits. Breakfast sandwiches are like bricks. The hash browns were so overcooked that they were inedible. Try the Wendy's across the street. Fresh and about the same wait time.
This location does not seem to have it together. After placing an order through the mobile app, the staff continued to say the order was not shown on their screen.Instead of rectifying the problem, they chose to continue to tell me to wait. I could've placed a new order in that time frame yet they would not let me.It does not seem like they cared to solution one bit aside from waiting for the order to come. Spoiler alert, if it didn't come in the past 15 minutes, it probably won't soon after...
I can not believe what just happened to me. I only gave a 1 star rating for the manager on duty giving me a refund. Other than that I would have rated my experience with zero stars. I just left the drive thru and ordered a fish combo meal and I requested barbecue and sweet and sour sauce during my order. When I received my order the young man at the window named Nile handed me a bag with only a fish and fries. I had to ask for a straw, napkins and ketchup. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to automatically include a straw and napkins. Well I drive off without my sauces. I returned to the restaurant to speak with the manager Jordania. Nile was very argumentative.l and disrespectful. He stated that I should come train him or shut up. All of this in front of his manager. Poooooor customer service.
The food was McDonald's food, pretty good. But their drive-thru service is so horrible. They need to hire someone from Chick-fil-A to help them out.
It took almost 10-15 minutes to pick my order through drive-in as one of the windows was closed. This was during favourable time of the day.
My last time EVER going here....I will go out of my way to never eat here again. I have been treated terrible there over the past few years. Women in drive thru was so rude and I was charged the wrong price. She would not give me a receipt. Workers cussing and laughing. Ridiculous!
