Not the best experience. Walked in and ordered a deluxe chicken meal. The order process is on a kiosk. You must put in the table number you will be sitting at. I was playing a game on my phone while waiting. Realizing it had been awhile I went to the counter and they did not have my order. It was more than 20mins before I was given my food.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager Yuri was cursing at me and had the worst attitude. Never gave me a receipt and didn’t even make my food after I paid for it. I had requested to have my food made fresh and she made me circle around the driver through twice and had me park at the parking spot and never came out to give me my food. Definitely will be calling corporate.
Definitely the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! And they are extremely rude on top of me waiting forever honestly disappointing even for a McDonald’s and that says something.
Pretty fast but the cashier is pretty new, got my 2 Big Mac meal order as just a Big Mac sandwich and went to the drive thur again to order French fries.
The woman that took my order got it wrong but the very nice lady at the second window made it right. She explained the girl that took my order was new and that the next time I came through she would do better.
This place is one of the worst.... I never want to post bad reviews but this has to stop its always only cash or only breakfast around the time I come being a night owl....someone that works the grave yard shiftnights It bothers me that coming here to get breakfast or a late night snack is never available. There's always a problem with the payment of a card. For some reason cash is always required.
Every time I go to this particular McDonalds they always have an attitude, get my order wrong or get upset when I ask for Ranch, even though prior to pulling up to the window I tell them I need 3cups of ranch to charge me if they need to and they still get an attitude. This McDonald’s was not like this a couple of years ago now they got lazy & rude people working here.
Worst manager in the area, horrible business practices, disrespectful and they do not care about you as a customer whatsoever. I called corporate and the owner/operator was notified. The owner/operator never contacted me about my multiple terrible experiences. Do not visit this location and if possible, never go to any mcdonalds ever.
The most disrespectful McDonalds workers I’ve ever come across. So disorganized. sometimes I wonder if they are being paid for working cos the bad attitude of these employees seem like they’re being forced to work without pay. And they usually messes up your orders.
Cane here extremely late one night. It was very busy, but the food was still great!
