I’ve ordered from here twice. I did curbside, however, it took forever to get our food. At first, I thought it was the cookie tote that I ordered. It wasn’t. Like, they didn’t give it to me in the car. I physically went in the store to get my order to which they didn’t start it at all. It took them over 5 minutes before someone came and asked if I was the curbside order. Then it took another 3 to 5 minutes to even receive with no one telling anything. If I could, I would give this zero stars.
We've visited more than a couple of times by now and I love how clean it is. The playground is now open. The service is usually alright. Today was very good and fast but the time before we got attitude from the person behind the counter. If you do the drive through in the mornings most likely you will find a very nice man willing to not only take your order and help you with whatever change you need to make ( I mean he ran to the other window to let them know I order a regular drink instead of a diet one as shown in the screen). So nice. Although in another day onother man behind the cash register couldn't help me to correct the order because in his words "I don't know how to do that" so go figure. Good luck
We came here 3 times, the first two times were great, ordered and got food about 2 minutes later. The third time was when it got bad, we ordered our food and sat down, it took 22 minutes to get our food and only because we went up to the counter and said something. It wasn’t busy, there were two other groups in there with us. It shouldn’t have taken 22 minutes to get it, not to mention we had to say something to get it when normally it gets brought to us. There’s no telling how long it would have taken to get our food had we not said anything
A very well run location. The facade of the restaurant is nice and the parking lot is always clean. For as busy as they are, the staff seems to get me in and out quickly and the food is almost always well prepared. Good french fries at this place.
I ordered through the app and as per usual, it says “Your order will be ready in 5 minutes.” It’s been 15 minutes. I understand that every place is beyond short-handed, but come on. It shouldn’t take THIS long. For god’s sake, someone parked after me and got their order BEFORE I did. WHAT IS THE DELAY?!
My mobile order was never received. I waited 15 minutes and then left. I watched the drive thru line go down and still no one came out. Another customer that was waiting went into the restaurant to get his food. I was currently unable to do the same, that’s why I ordered it for curbside pick up. If you can’t fulfill that request, then don’t offer that service.
1. Food quality - Mostly sucks.They don’t do what I ordered.When I ask to change since it’s not my order, they roll their eyes and gives that attitude.2. Workers - So rude and not wearing masks.Every time I go here, literally NO ONES wearing their mask. They talking and yelling each other with the foods front of them. Even I saw they playing Tag in the kitchen FOR REAL.This McDonald is my closest location in my house, so I had to go here before work. BUT how come every time I go here, the workers are unfriendly and not clean??I usually don’t write reviews but this place makes me so mad. CEO or the manager should do their jobs.Even today, I saw an old lady waiting for her food for 40 minutes. She was standing front of the counter and keep asked for her foods. But the worker was playing in the kitchen and fighting each other. TODAY.If the worker or the CEO/manager see this review, please check cameras or CCTV to see what they doing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went here and sat at the drive through order window for about 5 minutes with no one taking my order. Decided to drive up to the pay window to see what was going on, only to have an employee pointing to the other (pickup) window. I attempted to tell them I hadn't place an order as yet as no one was servicing the drive through and she just walks off. I moved to the pickup window and there was no one there. The same employee comes by and picks up a mop, looks at me, then walks off. I don't know if they're trying to turn away customers, but they're certainly doing a great job of it. Who ever is running this place needs to be fired as it's worst than a patty shop.
I come here for a small snack or some coffee. I see the same folk over and over, all of them are great to chat with. I hope McDonald's continues to treat them well!
