Stopped here today to grab something quick and refreshing... fries and a Coke. I utilized the drive thru and placed my order via the McDonald's app. The speaker system wasn't working in drive-thru and I didn't realize it until I drove up to it to confirm my mobile order. When I realized it wasn't working, I pulled up to the pay window, gave the young man my order code, and proceeded to pick up my items. My fries were hot and fresh, like I requested, and I don't know what it is about McDonald's Coca-Cola, it's so strong, cold, and hits just right! I had no complaints with my order at this location although the speaker was out, it wasn't unbearable.
I don't know what's going on with this McDonald's, but this is the third time I've waited at the speaker for more than 10 minutes and they pretend there's no one in the restaurant to attend people and they don't answer. It's 10 pm and I have been waiting for about 15 minutes and there’s two more cars behind me and we all decided to leave .If this is the way they are going to treat their customers then you better not work. Ignoring their customers is the lowest thing they can do. They deserve 0 stars but the system doesn’t allow it.
Ordered a spicy deluxe crispy chicken , the food quality is horrible. It looks like it’s been sitting there long time, chicken was so hard and turn to dark. Double check your food before leaving
Two times in a row now we have show up in the drive through almost an hour before closing and they have rudely told us they were closed, one time telling us they didn’t have enough staff to fill orders when we saw at least 3 people inside just standing around, don’t understand why whoever owns the McDonalds doesn’t care that this is how it is being ran
understaffed, ordered a frape with no whip, they added whip. Their system was also not working and i had to pay on the app and in the drive through. Ice cream machine was broken
Don’t. I ordered the safest thing on the menu, a 6 piece nugget with NO sauce. They still screwed it up. It was a clump of hair on my nugget. I took a big bite of it.How nice!
As a whole, it's what one could expect from a McDonald's. Food and service are pretty standard, though this particular building is a bit run down.
I mostly go here out of convenience as its nearby my work place. But whenever the younger staff are there, is when my orders are incorrect. What prompted this review was this morning, the line was backed up, and the truck in front of me obviously had something wrong with their order. When I approached to collect my order, before even being greeting or anything, I could clearly see the employee visibly confused at which order was which, and this persisted as the other employee took my card to ring me out.The confused employee seemed to just pick a bag, thrust it at me, and in a forced tone wished me a good day. I took the bag and just kept staring at them. Upset that I was still there they asked if I needed something.I replied, "My card and drink?"As I pulled out and checked my order, of course, it was incorrect.
Lacking in customer service, rather rude associate on the drive thru microphone. Can't seem to get a single order correct, before to double check your order before driving away. No accountability for their errors.
This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, in one of the most established neighborhood in Georgia... It's run down and always dirty. What happened the the standards Mcdonald's franchise implores on their franchise owners.I understand, good help is hard to find right now. But there is absolutely 0 management here. And the employees are always rude. The last time my child and I were there, one of the employees was cussing and the management never said a word. I would rate this place a negative 5 stars if I could. To anyone debating on eating here. Don't. Go down the street to the chikfila. They might be super busy, but there is a reason for that. They know the value of the customers and treat them right.
