The 3 stars is because the girl that took my order and helped me was super enthusiastic and happy. But I repeated twice that I wanted two cups of pizza sauce and I was given garlic sauce. I worked at a Marcos before so I know what it’s supposed to be for the most part. I ordered the cheesy bread and it had no garlic sauce or garlic sprinkling they are supposed to put on it and it was gross. It was hot but that was just about the only good thing.
We placed an order for 140 pizzas from another local pizza place for a large event and 2 days prior, they had to cancel on us due to a staffing shortage. We were in a pickle but we reached out to Marcos and they were able to take care of us with no issue and matched the price. Great customer service!
My husband went in to order and no one said anything as he waited. Also the music that was playing was derogatory. We will not be back to this location.
Best pizza I've had in a while
Service is horrible this is the 3rd time I've ordered here and my order has been made incorrectly. When I've ordered there is always something missing on the pizzas they have prepared. Management doesn't accommodate a resolution. Each time I've called to express my concern for the order I've been asked to bring the pizzas all the way back to the location after getting all the way home instead of offering to correct my order another time that's more convenient. I would not recommend this location because of poor service and quality.
I just called to place an order, guy said they are behind , call back in 45 min, and hung up in my face!!! Ill never eat a Marcos pizza!!! That was the Suwanee store!
Walked in, got my order prioritized and walked out with my pie in 10minutes! ?
Rude staff, and pizza is not cooked right. Will not recomand to anyone.

My first order from Marcos. Clearly the best of the big national chains and better than many of the Mom and Pop owned pizza places in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised. The dough was fresh. Suace had a nice flavor. They were generous with the toppings. I will be happy to return.
