UPDATE: This locations has reached out to me in order to rectify the situation. The manager was very understanding and apologetic about the experience. I will return *hopefully* for a better experience soon.I have been to this particular location on 3 different occasions in the last 2 months. Their ticketed games require service so often, they appear unusable. I typically go with other adults, so I’m not worried about the games as much. But I went with kids the last two times and I’d say save your money for another arcade. I went on weekend days and they are always understaffed, take long at the bar and you’ll spend most of your experience looking for a game attendant, manager or an associate (that is still in training) for any assistance.We bowled and the lanes needed service 6 times in our one hour lane rental. The laser tag guns don’t all work or track. At this point, EYE will reach out to corporate about my experience, but this place is only good for the bare minimal. Kids over 8-10 not recommended for your moneys worth.Also, their claw machines were dam near empty. 10/10 don’t recommend unless heavily influenced
Great atmosphere, prices are reasonable compared to other arcade places. All the games were working, and we didn't have an issue with waiting - alot to choose from. They don't accept Contactless payments yet. No EV charging. They can cater parties and they serve alcohol. Overall awesome experience and I hope to be back.I would recommend.
Took my kids for a birthday. We went right at opening on Saturday and it was dead, which was great for my family. We did laser tag and bowling without a wait. I was a little disappointed that the sky walk wasn’t open yet and we had to wait for 10:30am but honestly the kids were too scared anyway so it really wasn’t a loss. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Had my daughters 9th birthday there this Sunday. It was fantastic. Our party leader was Neet. She was so kind, patient, and gracious. It rolled thru events pretty seamlessly and my daughter had a great day. We did the main event package and it was ? worth it. Only about 5 or 6 kids showed up (must pay for a minimum of 10) but I think that made for a much better party. We gave the extra cards to each of the kids, so they had more time to play and it worked out perfectly. Big thank you to Neet!
We really enjoy coming here. We celebrated my son's birthday here and attended a birthday party, both times the kids had a blast. They have bowling, arcade, Lazer tag, and a rope obstacle course. They also have good food and dessert options, and we've always had a good experience with the staff. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Terrible customer service, unhygienic bar tenders, (the bar tender was cashing out clients while making drinks, and squeezing limes, oranges with bare hands without even washing his hands or at least wearing gloves.) Omg, that was the grossest thing ever, especially in this day of COVID.
I came here to enjoy the games and have fun because my friend came out of state. I was disappointed because many of the games broken and I spend almost 100 dollar on the tokens to play the games and I probably lost 30 dollar from the broken games. Disappointed and this would probably the last time I visit. I asked for a partial token refund in my card and most of the staffs didn't know how to operate the register.
This place is the best for kids and adults, very family oriented
