Ordered fish dinner. Sat at the window for 20 min. When I got the girl attention to ask what was wrong she said they were cooking hushpuppies, came back and told old me to pull around front. Then came out told me it would be an hour for these would I take another side? Just should have let me know that up front. Fish was good. Cold slaw excellent.
They don't ever get your order right just expect for it to be wrong or missing items and you'll be ok
The doors were locked to go inside so we went through the drive through. After ordering, we were asked to go park and they would bring out or food. It took 20 minutes to get our food and then the chicken and fish were overcooked. The food was very disappointing. We drove 40 minutes to eat at the Long John Silvers. Not again.
They didn't have Sierra mist or pepsi and the fish and fries were cooked in old grease.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The staff was extremely rude. Lied about who the manager was when you tried to bring up an issue to them. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for them to fix their mistakes. Locked the doors to get inside whilst still open, continuously had to fix peoples orders cause they couldn’t get them right. Not a single person in there got the correct food while I was there. One of the workers seemed to be high on something as well. I can’t stress enough that if you have the option to eat somewhere else, eat somewhere else don’t go here. It’s not worth the hassle and attitude you’ll receive when they make a mistake.
Horrible. The drive thru line wasn’t even long but they were extremely slow. When it was finally our turn to order, they didn’t even have long john silver’s. So we get taco bell instead because at this point we are starving. They mess up my son’s order. When i tell them this, they roll their eyes at me like I am annoying them and not the other way around. Of course, it takes forever for them to get my son the correct food. First time coming here and i will never ever come again. I wish the long john silvers in lawrenceville was still open. Never had a problem there.
Old oil used for frying that made everything taste awful. Hard cold fries.small hush puppies. No requested malt vinegar added. I did like coleslaw.
On Jan 1, 2022 ..we went to this restaurant.. (specifically Long John Silver's) drove way out of our way (20 minutes away) due to the LJS that was close to us closed permanently last 2 years ago when covid hit. So we have always loved LJS better than Capt.Ds. ...so we were looking for a good treat.... walked in...seemed very short staffed only saw 3 ppl working...non of which seemed to appear as a manager.It took approx. 7 min. for us to get waited on, stood there at the register all that time without even being acknowledged that we were there...was more preoccupied with drive thru customers ...took another 7 - 9 min for our order to get done... once we got our food (both 3 fish and 2 chicken fries, cole slaw 2hush puppies each)The fish thickness size was half of what it used to be...but the kicker was 2 pcs of the fish were almost uneatable...was very over cooked or had be hanging over the grease for a long period of time...was very tough to eat ...one of the pcs of fish had barely fish meat in it ...was mostly batter and the fish meat that was in there was too tough to eat. Only one of the 4 hush puppies was eatable..the other 3 hard enough to be shot out of a cannon and would do some damage.The fries were fair.. little rubbery... portion was poor as well but eatable.All in all it was a great disappointment from the quality of LJS food that we were accustomed to...we certainly will not be going back to this location for LJS or TB.Looks like we will be going to Capt. D's when we're in the mood for fast food fish.I know / realize that covid has caused alot of issues but if individuals are going to spent their hard earned money...they should get good quality food evey time.
Online and sign on the door states they are open for dine in, but closed and employees standing inside doing nothing. Typical these days...of course drove 20 minutes for nothing.
Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told when I ordered the family fish meal that they had no fish Long John side was closed. Turn light off or put up a sign. Would be helpful ! I understand short staff and food shortage at least let people know that you have no fish before they wait in line for so long.
