We've tried to give this location several chances but ever since one certain employee started working there, things have gotten terrible: on multiple occasions she has either been yelling at customers, or completely ignoring customers, or just staring at her phone and ignoring customers.Today we went to get two orders of crazy combos which we ordered online, we got a notification via the app and emails saying the orders were ready. They were but they were not in the pizza portal. We saw them behind the counter in the warming area and pointed them out, but this employee insisted they were in the pizza portal. Our names were not on the pizza portal, and the employee said "well you don't get pizza if you don't have a code." Codes are only issued once they've been entered into the pizza portal, which they had not been. This went back and forth for 10 minutes until she finally realized it was behind her as my wife had pointed out 10 minutes prior... this was only after the employee had walked away into the back and made a few pizzas. We finally got them, but upon opening them at home this is what they look like. One order had kind-of five and the other one had seven and a half. Each order was supposed to have eight. They were also severely undercooked. As you can read from all of the reviews for this location over the past few months it seems to be a chronic problem at this point.
I went to pick up a pizza that my wife had ordered online. I grabbed the pizza from the warming station via the code my wife had given me. When I walked out to my car I had realized that they had forgotten our buttery garlic sauce. So I returned inside the little Caesar’s hoping to quickly grab a sauce and be on my way. I was met with complete disrespect by a heavier set woman at the front counter. When I had explained that they had forgotten the sauce for my online order she angrily asked that I go grab the order from my car because she was certain that the sauce was there because she had “packed it” herself. After I went to grab my order I even offered my truck to be checked she was then upset that I had opened my own breadsticks to see if the sauce was there. She said “you can’t open other peoples food I don’t know if your hands are dirty” I was shocked that I was being told that I couldn’t open the order I had paid for myself? After she tossed the sauce my way she again said I couldn’t do that and when I tried to ask why she was being so disrespectful she then said to leave that “the pizza is getting cold!” Shooed me away then left to the back before I could say anything.I will never be going here again. even though I know that’s what this woman probably wants. I don’t know if you’ll see this, but remember that you don’t know what people are going through and being kind is free. Hope your night goes better.** I ordered Tuesday May 31st at 7:41pm who ever was working the front should at least see this
I order online Detroit style pizza and i got notifications email that the pizza is ready. When i pick it up, the counter lady said there is no order in their system. She did not apologize or try to make it right away. She just go in side and prepare the other order. I try to get refund but she just ignore it. The customer service is horrible! Please manager if you read this review, train your worker at least apologize.
I have stayed silent regarding this location for about a year, visiting on and off, during the week and on Friday nights or weekends just to see if there was any difference. Sad to say, it does not matter the day of the week or the season. The customer service is just horrible. Employees are on their cell phones, there is no customer acknowledgement/hello, they have no manners. The manager is very rude. I understand being understaffed and overworked but you should not speak to people that way. When I ask for help with the kiosk to retrieve the pizza (if there is a problem with the machine), its as if I am bothering her. A few months ago I saw the manager snap at a few customers in line with a lot of attitude. She has no patience. Also, a while ago around Christmas she asked "what time is it?" out loud and someone in the back said "9pm" and she said "Thank God" with such a big sigh and huff and puff out loud (I guess because they were close to closing). All the customers heard her. Every time a customer thanked her when they received the pizza, she didn't even say you're welcome or thank you to them. Their pizza is horrible, and it is nothing but bread now. Stale, hard bread with hardly any pizza sauce. The $5 cheese or pepperoni pizza is now basically $8-9 so you might as well go elsewhere for better pizza and much better customer service.
Made a simple order for hot n ready pizzas. Nothing fancy. They forgot about my order completely. Other people who ordered the same type of pizza after got their stuff no problem. The guy on the register didn't appear to care about doing his job. From listening to the conversation he had with another employee he forgot to do something during my order as well. This step he forgot also contributed to other people who ordered after getting their pizzas before me. I know this is not a fancy place or even that expensive but I still don't find it acceptable that they would forget a person's order completely.
The big African American lady at the front was so rude and she was throwing all the pans, threw all the pizza boxes inside the kiosk. BEWARE!!! She also added an extra crazy sauce onto my bill, which I never asked for. Adding sauce and charging me more and on top of that, she never gave me the crazy sauce for the crazy bread and the extra one she added herself and being rude the whole time. Never will go back again. I get it, horrible day, but at least don’t charge extra and think you can get away with it.
Rude management claiming to not be able to do simple tasks. If this stores turnover rate is high it’s because of ignorant people like I dealt with today not willing to listen to customers and talking over them as though they don’t matter. Last time I’ll be coming here. It was a dirty store anyway. Probably only clean it when they know there’s going to be a health inspection.I wasn’t even the only one this big lady was rude to. Another man was quietly and patiently waiting for his food when she yelled at him saying “you’re late your foods in the drop box” even though the screen didn’t even work. The lower level staff was nice though.
2 years ago, this location was the best. Our order was missing a pizza. Everytime we asked for the manager, no one knew who or what a manager is. Asked for a refund, the guy freezes. Not sure what's going on with this location but it just needs a revamp ASAP. I know it's easier said than done, but never did i think common courtesy, COMMON SENSE would be such a hard thing to have. Update: we got yelled by the so called manager and got accused of stealing pizza and eating it. All because your staff failed to give us our correct order. I will be contacting the franchise owner of this location.
Rude manager
Picked up pizza tonight. Box was warm. Opened the pizza in the car and it was not hot. It tasted and felt like it had been sitting for a long time. As if someone else had ordered it but not picked it up.Also, there were flies in the store due to the front door not closing all the way. Not happy about this visit in any way shape or form.
