Best place in town with always fresh, generous pieces of fish in their nigiri. Tried numerous other places in the area which were pure utter disappointments. Everyone can make a roll with old fish and hide it in sauces and other ingredients. But you can't hide the lack of freshness and flavor on a nigiri or sashimi. Their rolls are fabulous too.Dined in once and taken out twice and quality has always been the best and consistent. Great customer service and prices very fair. Forget all the other sushi restaurants!
I've been holding off on making a review of this place because the experience varies greatly. The sushi is outstanding with no question. However, the service is hit or miss. Most of the time it's decent, but some times it's terrible. Today for instance, I went in and got 2 rolls and asked for a water. I never got the water or the promised soy sauce. If you can stand service like this (I can), then it's a great restaurant.
Best sushi I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been eating sushi for 18 years. I eat sushi probably 3 times a week or more and out of all the sushi I’ve ate in 18 years this place blew my socks off. The prices are incredibly good for the quality!!! I was so impressed I tipped the chef $50 and the server a flat $21 on top of the $68 bill and we got 6 rolls and 2 orders of sushi and every piece tasted like pure bliss. The spicy mayo here is super special and not your average. I will be coming here many times a week now. Thanks LA sushi. Outstanding service!!!
Service is always top-notch.It has been my 6th time visiting this restaurant this year alone.It is by far the most budget friendly sushi place I have been to, and their sushi's are loaded too!No cheap fillers like cucumbers, they use fresh sashimi and avocados.The menu is quite extensive.. I often just go with whatever the server recommends or pick at random (and it has been above standards every time!)And the owners have always shown a heart-warming hospitality as my party leaves.
Probably the best sushi I have had in all of metro Atlanta, fresh and flavorful. I would not hesitate to recommend, except that it will no longer be my secret. Try the sunshine platter: you won’tbe disappointed.
I’ve eaten a lot of sushi over the years and can honestly say that this is the best I’ve ever had. In terms of quality and service, La Sushi is miles above any other competitor in the area. Also, it’s surprisingly cheap for how high quality it is! My wife and I eat here about twice a month and haven’t had a bad meal yet.
My family and I come here probably once a week, and it is some of the best sushi we have ever had. The price is unbeatable as well!
Above average food for sure but the service is always poor. Few times now I've had hour+ waits and as I ask for updates the goal post always gets pushed back. I understand COVID times are difficult but as a business it's not acceptable for hour+ waits especially when I am ordering online before you open for dinner. Today's mishap there were 2 people with same name as me and I had to wait cause they thought I was another Jimmy. My order placed at 4pm had me waiting until 615 because gentleman thought I was someone else. Turns out my food was ready and just waiting. Taken home my food was ice cold. Sad this has happened multiple times now.
For the quality of the fish you get, the price here is hard to beat. Everything we got was delicious and high quality. The service was also fast and friendly. I would definitely come back!
