Absolutely disgusting. All 4 people in my family came for drinks and every single person was absolutely disgusted. I tried my drink- winter melon and immediately spit it out and had to throw it away. I am appalled that this place exists. Go to another tea spot because this one’s not it

I asked hot non caffeine drink that taste just like milk tea or at least close to it, the white lady who cashier told me whichever with the certain symbol on the menu, I picked some non caffeine tea, she said it’ll taste just like milk tea if put milk in there? I had no idea what was she was saying coz she talked so low and fast everytime I asked she answer fast & low voice. When my drink came up, it taste like hot sweet tea..with tapioca pearl..so weird..they ignored me for complaining. Who is in the right mind wants to pay $6 for sweet hot tea with tapioca??? I asked for light sugar and they gave me 70%. It was so sugary that crystals of sugar came through the straw. More like 150% sugar. I asked them why it was so sweet and full of sugar. They said that's how it normally is... no it's not. You should have just made it correctly with 30%. I wasn't mean at all. I feel sick after drinking it. Thus the bad review.

I was informed that I could place a to-go order but it would not be placed until I got there? This makes no sense. Why accept to go orders if you can’t pay over the phone or in person? The staff member then complained about this rule as well. Something seems fishy
