Don't go this place!!The family meal... fried chicken looks dark and taste like several days old, my youngest one said mac&cheese taste like raw fish... never heard like this words from her before... We could not continue to eat after first and second bites.Nevertheless, my entire family got sick even we ate just little bit of the family meal(chicken, mac&cheese, coleslaw, biscuits, mashed potato). Mostly just trashed!! What a horrible experience...They are selling all rotten & poison food, never go there!!

I've been going to this KFC location often and every time I go, the manager Diamond is always very kind and accommodating. Even when he seems pretty stressed from the rush hour, my food always comes out in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this place is very understaffed and I hope this place adds more employees to relieve the stress from the current employees.
In light of the pandemic and the shortage of workers, this KFC really seems to value the customers and cater to them during tough times. Be appreciative to the people that show up, these people are clearly working hard sometimes its only two or three of them or even just one.
Ordered the 10 pieces $30 meal and made sure to asked if everything including drinks and cookies were in there? Was told yes, got home and no beverages bucket or cookies. Paid extra for nothing, tried to call them but phone just kept ringing...wants $17 hr wage but offers $3 service...
Drive thru was close so I had to go in. Chicken tasted old & really greasy definitely not coming back here
Just picked up a delivery order from here and I have to say this location sucks professionally. Customer service in staff could definitely use some work. The young lady was on her cell phone outside in the parking lot when I pulled. She then went inside before I exited my vehicle. Once inside I saw that she was still on her cell phone behind the counter near the prep area. Not sure if she didn't see that I was inside already or if she was ignoring my presence to finish her phone call either way a couple then entered and waitied to order. The young lady working walked to the back to talk on her phone more then after a few minutes walked to the front and put her phone in her pocket. She leaned on the counter the couple waiting looked at me since the young lady working acted like she didn't see me. I informed everyone that I was waiting to pick up a delivery order, she askes the name without looking at me and then said again with no eye contact give me a minute. She then took the couples order, gave them their receipt and walked to the back to speak with the young man that was cleaning. She proceeded to sing a melody she made up about wanting him to cook the fries for the order I was waiting on. She fixed the couples order after finally going to the freezer and dropping the fries for my delivery order. After that she finally told me I was holding on fries. Last she gave me the food and an empty cup to fix the customer's drink for the order. The entire time she was making my order and the couples order she was on her cell phone. Sadened at this generation and their work ethics. This employee could use some lessons in customer service.
My absolute worst fast food experience ever. Sat at the window for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me. When I got to the window the girl asked me what my order was. She came back and said “I only have 3 pieces of original can I give you one crispy?” I agreed but knew it was going to be bad. See the photo for what I got. 3 legs and a thigh that looked like it was cooked more than once. It was absolutely disgusting. When I called to complain, no one answered the phone. I then called the corporate office and was on hold for nine minutes and finally hung up. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. And to think this was my first job when I was a teenager. I can’t believe that a company such as KFC has such poor service and absolutely no response. I will never ever go back there again.
I arrived at the KFC at 7:50pm, I then placed my order at the speaker box and then I was told to pull around to the 2nd window. When I get to the window I was given my total and then I repeated it back to the cashier and I said ok and gave her my card. Upon doing so she takes my card and closes the window then seconds later reopens the window only to tell me they only had enough chicken for an 8pc instead of a 12pc which is what I originally ordered from the speaker box. I said I will wait and the cashier turns to the manager who leaning over the counter ,"are you gonna cook anymore chicken for tonight " as if that is all the chicken anyone else would get too. I ask what time do you close and the cashier replied 10pm, so I then said I will wait. She ask me to pull up and they will bring my food out to me.Now this is at 7:53 and I can clearly see they are not happy. I didn't really care because I was the consumer. I finally see them bringing my food out to me but only after the cook in the red shirt is horseplaying with the cashier as she makes an attempt to bring my food. She finally does bring it out and I ask for my receipt, she didn't have it so she will need to go back inside to get me one. Upon doing so I have to wait even longer because the cool with the red shirt is playing again by not opening the door for the cashier to be let back inside due to the restaurant's dining room doors were locked. So after a minute of playing with her and she banging on the door he let's her in. Another minute passes and I had to pull back to the drive thru window to get thr cashier's attention I an attempt to get my receipt, which turns out to be a duplicate receipt and not the original which would have all of the important information on it , to which I could fill out a proper survey... Hmmm. I would not patronize this business ever again.
Probably the worst KFC in the state of Georgia. What does this location have. No Hot sauce NO GRAVY! NO Chicken little Buns. Forgot the drinks and the sauce as well. The time before I went y’all didn’t even have Regular cups but charged me regular price. How hard is it to put pickles on a chicken sandwich y’all out of them too or what?
