The think I love most about this Jimmy John's is how fast they prepare your sandwich. So in the same way, I'm ending this review... FAST!
Workers should be wearing masks. And when paying with cash why is it hard to get a receipt?!
Probably one of the busiest locations that I go to, but the staff always hustles, they're always friendly and the store is super clean! Great job guys, keep up the great Team work!
Freaky fast is right. I don't know how they do it. I place my order, go to sit down, and by the time I've scooted my chair in, my order is ready. It's so fast, it honestly creeps me out a little bit.
Always great service and sandwiches are fresh. Excellent for catering. Manager and staff are helpful and friendly.
I walked in, the music was blasting so loud they couldn’t even hear you order, I looked over the counter to where they keep the meat and veggies and it was a disgusting disaster. Food and condiments were strewn all over the place it was shocking to see. I walked out without ordering
The worst service. No people in the shop and decline me service to place an order.
If there is an option to have a dasher come instead of having your JJ driver take all sandwiches ordered which in the last hour AN HOUR AFTER order was placed, utilize the option to give your customer faster service through an actual door dasher. This is the reason I ordered through door dash bc I knew the store was short staffed and would take longer if I ordered through the store directly- THIS IS WHY I CHOSE DOOR DASH. I could’ve saved my self a tip and picked it up myself if I knew the JJ driver would be bringing it an hour later after ordering and not an actual dasher.
Ordered online last night and my card was charged and it went through. Got to the store and it was closed!!! And their phone number keeps giving me a busy tone. How am I supposed to get my money back?!
Two times in a row cash only. No offer to simply offer a free sandwich. I’ll do Lennys next time.
