Over 2 years we have been going to IHOP on Saturdays for breakfast. We drive past a closer IHOP to come to THIS IHOP. The food is consistently good, they happily make modifications for my diet restrictions, the service is TOP NOTCH and the manager goes out of her way to make the customer feel like they are welcomed. This will be our new IHOP from now on!!!
We had a great Easter breakfast with our family here. Romelia was beyond fantastic; she didn't forget a thing and we got everything in a swiftly manner. My family and I enjoyed our delicious food as well. It was clean, the employees were kind, and my mother appreciated their music choice. This is definitely the best experience we've ever had at an IHOP.
Food was ok. Our waitress messed up 2 of my 3 orders but didn't charge us for one them. They tried to remember them instead of writing them down.
Despite it being very busy, we were seated in about 10 minutes, and our order and arrival of it was timely (even for days when it's less busy). The ISSUE: it took more than 10 minutes to pay the bill at the cash register, and a worker DISAPPEARED from the register for 6 minutes WITH OUR CARD! THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN IN THIS DAY AND AGE. For that I should be giving 1 ?!!!!!
We were a group 6 persons where each one ordered ones own choice of a dish . I HOP provided good variety, delicious and well presented dishes .All staff was very prompt, polite and helpful.
I had a very long white hair in my omelet. They cooked a new one, but not a good feeling after seeing something shiny in my food.
Glad I decided to take a few minutes for a real breakfast! Wonderful breakfast! Pancakes, eggs, and sausage delicious. And coffee was very good also.
It was pretty good. Easy way to make a little extra money, offer all you can eat pancakes but only check back with the table 2 more times in 45 minutes. Not a bad business model.
My family and I ate at this IHOP last night. The syrup was cold, when I asked for warm syrup it was microwaved for a brief amount of time and given back to me. The syrup no longer felt like it came out of the refrigerator but was not warm. The blueberry topping for the double blueberry pancakes was cold, from the fridge cold. And when I asked for butter it was given to me straight from the fridge and cold. I prepared my pancakes to eat and after cold topping, cold butter and cold syrup they were not very tasty, on my second bite it tasted like batter, I look and the pancake was not even cooked all the way through. I asked the waitress to please fix this, she told me it was not batter and came and handed me my check. I paid the check and left. Today I called the manager Juan and he stated that they no longer serve warm syrup, and that the blueberries had to be kept below 41 degrees. I ordered the exact same meal at IHOP in downtown Atlanta on Friday and it was delicious, warm syrup, whipped butter, room temperature blueberries, the cheese on my online was melted and I had six slices of avocado instead of 3.According to this manager the IHOP downtown ATL did everything wrong- but there food tastes amazing! I will never go back to this IHOP.
Great service ordered our food and they brought it out in 15 minutes
