I usually go to Gopchang on Fire (Suwanee), but wanted to give this place a try. The gopchang here just does not have good flavour, maybe the preparation is different? I wasn't too impressed with the sides. I wouldn't come back.
Clean and nice staff. 4-5 Side dishes and spicy tofu soup came along with intestine combo.. intestine food sounds weird.. but it's good.. kimchi rice (with extra charge) at the end is my favorite

All the employees are very friendly. The cleanliness and taste in the restaurant are also the best. You can feel the taste of giblets that you have never tasted before.
Plenty of parking by the restaurant.This is a fairly new place. Inside is pretty big and spacious. All of the staff were wearing masks.We were seating right away when we walked in. The menu isn’t too overwhelming, but has a good number of items to chose from.Assorted spicy grilled gopchang: tasted delicious and is a good amount of spicy! Definitely did not need any additional sauce. The server does the cooking for you.The side dishes were kind of lacking. As with most Korean restaurants, you can ask for refills for the side dishes. I was surprised there wasn’t any rice included in this set. However, you do get a spicy soup too.Honestly, if I knew what gopchang was I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. Not a big fan of intestines, but I was pleasantly surprised.Looking forward to going back to try other items too.
I had such a great experience at this place. First of all, their food quality was high. All of the intestines were really fresh - NO unpleasant smell which is super important for me! I honestly enjoyed all parts of the intestine due to its texture and flavor. They had many tasty side dishes in addition to soft tofu stew. Staff were also attentive and nice. Overall, it was well worth the money. Note: this would be a perfect place to bring friends and family or even large groups due to the cleanliness and huge dining space.
It tasted so tender, juicy and sweet. The service was also great. The server was professional. I really enjoyed the time and i will go back soon.I highly recommend this place to anyone.
