The guy with the cool hairdo that worked this afternoon gave great service and was super chill. The tea tasted refreshing and good.
They told me " I can heat this drink really well" and proceeded to heat it. I didn't notice it then but $1 was added to my bill.Then they did the same with my husband and "I can heat it up well" and microwaved the hot ordered drink more and added $1 to the bill without telling us. Upon asking he said extra heat is extra money.Also for hot drink basically no-ice is ALSO charged extra.I found the dealings extremely shady and me and my boba ordering family will never go back to this store or chain of stores ever again!
I have mixed feelings towards this bubble tea shop. First of all, let me say that the staff are always all super nice and helping. However the tea flavor has been off for quite many times. And I almost never saw the same staff work there though I went on the same day every week. I order purple sweet potato tea all the time and it's the only thing I drink from Gong cha (had probably hundreds of them for the past 5 years). So this review is fully based on purple sweet milk tea at this location. The Gongcha in Duluth had the best quality control in consistence (before this one opens, I used to go there). Not this location unfortunately, out of 10 times, I'd say about only 3 times they can make it right. You can tell it's either too watery or sometimes there is no sweetness at all. I think the management should take a note on that. Maybe it's because nobody orders purple sweet potato milk tea and they could not practice on it.So today I finally returned and expressed my concern after getting my drink. I felt sorry that the staff right away made another one for me (No complaint towards the staff they are very nice). But the second time there was no sweetness and it was just watery, of even less taste. Please, for the management order something and compare it to the same drink from the Duluth location (pleasant hill rd.), I don't know if it's the materials or the way how it's made. But for $7, you would expect more than that (P.S. for the same drink, I notice here it's $1 more expensive than the Duluth location). I probably won't go back for a while. My doctor only allows me to drink one every week (which is why I returned today and expressed my concern felt I'd lose my only chance). This is probably good for my health. I do hope the location can thrive and offer great milk teas in the future. Quality in consistency is above anything else.
Amazing!!!! The drinks are soooo good! And the workers here are the best! Such nice people! Will definitely be back again and again!!! Clean and nice inside.
Quick bubble tra.spot. they do buy 5 get 1 free punch card which makes it more appealing than other bubble tea places.
Treat yourself....even if it ends up being weekly or more frequent. ;) the drink selection is great!
Always fast and amazing service!! Been coming for over a year now with my friends and they always have excellent boba and tea! When it comes to “bobarista”Marvin is very kind and always makes the best most consistent milk tea! Sometimes when others make the tea it tastes different, not necessarily in a bad way but its always brewed to perfection when Marvin makes it :) I have tried numerous bubble tea places and by far they have the best tea, a little different flavor at first then most places but the flavor grows on you quicky! Highly recommend!

I was a regular customer but I changed my rating from five stars to two stars due to extra charge on drinks without ice. When you want a drink with no ice, you will be charged an extra 50 cents. It wasn't like this before. I may come back...
This is my go to place for bubble tea. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Suwanee area. Brown sugar coffee milk tea and wintermelon milk drink are our personal favorites. The quality has always been consistent and top notch.
