My family and I moved to this area from Texas about 10 months ago. We tried Enzo for the first time just 2 days ago. We ordered, ate in, and ordered to-go that same day. Today, we visited again, because the food and service was so good. We took our kids and they loved the food. Daniel our waiter was kind, punctual and fast. The food was good and now it's late at night and I think I want it again tomorrow. This place is worth a try. We ordered the miso soup, side salad, surf and turf sushi and Enzo Fried Rice. Definitely a good meal for any size group.
Food tolerable. Customer service is not good. Our server didn't bring what I ordered, and made me feel like I was the one at fault. ? Not okay! They eventually fixed my order. But no apologies.
Decent food. They have ongoing promotion but the server did not aware until we mentioned. Double check your receipt before paying.
I have been ordering from here all through the pandemic and they were really helpful with helping me select sushi without shellfish which I'm allergic to. One of the items I ordered per their suggestion was Mexican sushi which was one of my favorites. I'm not sure if they special for me, they always recognized my phone number when I called though. Recently, I ordered through Ubereats and noticed the Mexican sushi had crab in it. So the next time we wanted sushi I called to inquire if that was how it is usually made. it is, and what sushi does not have shellfishI have to call and ask because the online menu does not say what is in the sushi. The person answering the phone was busy and told me that the sushi would take 40 minutes, which I said was fine, but then was annoyed with having to help me select the sushi. I am not mad at the overworked employee. I'm mad and the poor website.
Great food , service and prices
Went to collect a pickup order and the host asked me for ID. I have never been asked to show ID before to collect food so I found it strange. Figured may be it was their policy for online orders. However, I realized later that others came to collect their food and they were not asked to show ID. I have no problem with showing ID, as long as it is consistent among all customers instead of targeting a "specific" group.
