I had the worst experience with Dunkin’ today, which has never happened before. I recently ordered two coffees. One was a medium iced coffee with 4 pumps French vanilla, creamer, and whip and drizzle on top. When it came only one was labeled and the lableling was wrong, I didn’t get any whip or drizzle and the coffee was bitter. I don’t know how it could have been bitter when I order the same thing every time, unless I was given the wrong amount. I have never had service like this. I also ordered two crescents. One with turkey sausage and the other regular sausage. They came fresh and hot but not labeled. When I tried asking the server lady which one was turkey she looked so confused and it took a long time for her to explain. If it’s that hard just label them or give them separately so I know. That was just an awful experience and I never want to encounter it again at my favorite coffee place!
Always friendly and helpful staff. Quick service and they did an excellent job dealing with all the COVID rules.
3rd time coming to this store and sitting in a long drive thru line to be told they can't make the cappuccino blasts....at least this time they didn't say they were too busy to make them...this time it was we don't have the base...smh
I was here with my family but the cashier had a very big attitude. We felt we were not welcomed ,he said what u guys are doing here ? The owner of this location needs to hire people who can show respect to customers .
Coffee rolls and almost perfect cup of large coffee work cream and sugar. My husband and I have our rituals for breakfast here. And don't forget the snackin' bacon (candied bacon) is so delicious!!! And everything mini bagels filled with cream cheese and hot scrumptious goodness!!!
There was this Hispanic chic who was very rude and serious… no customer service whats so EVER! They were also very slow. Not happy with the service she gave us!
