Stopped by to grab my free bday drink on my way out of town. Cashier was extremely rude about the restrooms, then they made my drink entirely wrong, when I went back in to have it corrected, they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was a free beverage and made me pay for the replacement. Absolutely awful customer service!!!!! Never gave me a recipe and claimed they repeated back my order. Absolutely unbelievable.
I ordered here on March 1st. The app made it look like my order never went through and so my order was made twice. I apologized and asked for a refund on the second order. Everyone in the store said I would have to contact customer care for a refund since it was ordered through the app. They said they could not refund it in store. I wish I had just taken the second order because the refund process has been the worst service I have ever received. I sent the email the same day, March 1st. They asked for receipts, which I sent. I tried to follow up a week later -no response. Ok, well tried again the next week, no response. Tried a third time, no response. I tried tweeting and resubmitting the case and still have not received my refund, nor an explanation as to why I have not received it. I am never eating at Dunkin again. This is horrendous service. I'm sure the store tried their best, but the online service is horrible.
As you know I'm very big on customer service. I feel any service provided where customers spend their money should offer excellent service. On Saturday the 12th of March I visit dunkin at about three. The two silly young girls in there got my order all wrong and then had and attitude. I'm sure in fast food they don't make a lot of money. But that is the job you chose and you are expected to do your best. You are earning a living you not serving me for free. As customers we help build your paycheck. Leave your attitude at home and provide food service. You never know where this job might lead. Integrity and doing your job well could take you places.
Ordered online. I got 2 mobile orders since i forgot to add a drink to the first one. My mom who’s English isn’t the best went to pick it up but I was on the phone with her the whole time in case I needed to speak to someone. She went in and apparently they gave away the order to someone else but I’m not even mad because the lady I talked to on the phone was so friendly and explained everything and told me she would remake it again. A lot of times when places make mistakes they then get mad and try to place the blame on you but I didn’t get any of that here. She was very respectful and professional which is exceedingly rare in the service industry and she was kind to my mom who’s English isn’t the best. A lot of times people treat those who can’t speak fluent English very poorly and think they can get away with it which saddens me. Thank you to that lady if you’re reading this.
Usually I’m a big fan of Dunkin but today’s experience was less than ideal. The person taking orders was very hard to hear, and I had to repeat my order 3 times. Then I waited for the 2 uncomplicated drinks for about 5-10 minutes. My drink was terrible, not mixed at all. My daughters was fine. Probably never coming back to this location. One of the employees was very nice and apologized, the one that took my order wouldn’t even speak to me. Very poor service.
Worst donuts ever. Went up early on Sunday morning and received a dozen of the stalest donuts ever. Ordered a variety and not one donut was less than a day old. Awful !! Will not be going back to this location ever again. Go to Sarah’s. Not open on Sunday but they are always freshly made every day they are open.
The female owner is so rude. She is more concerned with getting through the line of two people than getting an order right and when I corrected her about my order she looked very surprised. Dude with the bandana and face tattoos is a solid guy though.
Stop here pretty regularly for coffee and donuts for my co workers . Love it. Will continue to go

My husband and I visit often for large coffees, coffee rolls and snackin' bacon (candied bacon) which is just scrumptious!!! Another pleasant surprise is the everything mini bagels filled with cream cheese which is just Yumminess on a whole other level!!!
