I just placed an order an hour ago. And I was waiting for the pizza for an hour and the app told me the pizza was in quality check for almost 30mins. And then I called in, the system told me the pizza is on the way to delivery. However, when I spoke with someone in the store, they told me they were short for driver and they won’t be able to deliver the pizza to me. And they didn’t even make the pizza yet! That’s is insane. NO ONE CALLED ME UNTILL I CALLED IN AND JUST TOLD ME THEY DIDNT MAKE THE PIZZA CAUSE THERES NO DELIVERY.This is ridiculous and I won’t recommend order any pizza from this store.
I ordered online to pick up at 7:20pm. App trucker said it had begin prepping but never moved to be baked for 30 min. Then I got a phone call and told me this will take 1hour to 1 1/2hour to be ready.This is not the first time this store has been so slow that I had to cancel my orders. I don’t know how other locations are, but this Dominos Pizza in Publix plaza on McGinness is no longer dependable.
I ordered a delivery from this Domino's on a Friday night around 9:20pm. Prepaid for the order and had an estimated 35 minute delivery time. I was a 5 minute drive from this location. After patiently waiting until 10:45pm I called the store when they decided to let me know they don't have drivers and if I would like to pick up the pizza. This is information they could have given me an over hour ago or not accepted the order in the first place. I will never order from this location ever again!
This is the first Domino’s we found where they claim Large 14” pizza to be XL 16” pizza and insist that we are wrong. We ordered a XL pizza but got a 14” pizza. Simple mistake, can happen anytime especially when the store was very busy. But when we called them back, they insisted that they gave the order right and refused to correct it. Well, we enjoyed the 14” pizza and decided not to return to this store. It would have been better if they had better customer service.
Order got canceled twice, once I found out almost an hour later (when they were about to close). And the last time it had been over an hour and my order was still in the “prep” status, the restaurant closed and I never received any communication about my order being canceled until I checked the tracker the following day.
I think there’s something wrong with your website. I got a confirmation email that the order was placed and when I checked the tracker, the tracker told me that the order had been canceled. It’s pretty disappointing when you’re expecting food around 1130 and around midnight you realize you’re not getting food. First world problems :-( It could be a lot worse I’m sure. I’m still hungry
3rd time having issues with this place. 1st time they canceled my delivery without notifying me. My family ended up waiting 1 hr 30 min for it to end up having to order from someplace else. 2nd time ordered and it was canceled as well but luckily I called to find out it was canceled before it got too late. This time I did a carry out order. It's been 1 hr and you have 3 employees here. 2 of them just standing around and talking and 1 guy making the pizzas with 5 customers waiting. They just started to prep my pizza....
How can a simple order of 2 pizzas and 12 wings take more than one hour to be prepared??? I'd been one hour an a half and according to the tracker the pizza is not ready yet!!!! That's ridiculous. I am only giving one star for this comment to be posted.
The long hair gentleman needs to wear some sort of cover over his hair. And he was rude. Aside from that and the lack of staff retention. The pizza is good as always
Ordered via app. Credit card charged immediately. No pizza came. Tried calling. No one picks up. Pizza order canceled by them 2 hours later. Don’t waste your time as they obviously have problems staffing and managing the basics.
