Finally had the chance to try this burger place in my area. It was huge and not greasy at all. We customized our burgers and had the fried cheese patty inside and that was pretty good. Take out packaging was neat. 4 stars because overall seasoning was lacking. But still a great burger spot! Would order again.
After hearing the office go on and on about this place... A few of us came here for lunch and very glad we did! Co-workers got some pretty amazing burgers according to them, and I got the shrimp BLT. Wow very tasty and very similar to a shrimp poor boy but served on a craft bun. Definitely we will be back to try some of the different burgers they serve all are very unique and look delicious.
Great burgers and fries! Great service too. Place was very clean and welcoming. I got the “Cheez-it” burger and the fried mozzarella was delicious and made the burger 10x better. Not the best heated up in the microwave as leftovers but 10/10 in person!
The best burger in the town. Don't like their sweet pickles though. But, you can always request no pickles or create your own. Their fries are also good. One time I have cold fries. But, 9 out of 10 times they were good.
I ordered The Green Mile and sweet potato fries and a cheeseburger kids meal and it was seasoned perfectly, loaded with avocado and cheese to make it just right. I loved the rolls they use too.The fees were fried lightly to a crisp, not soggy or hard. It was a nice experience as I plan to return to try something different next time. I was also impressed by the eco friendly packaging. I highly recommend.
Food used to be good all the time. Now it's hit or miss but when it's good ITS GOOD. Very over priced and seems like the prices rise weekly. For example the sauce used to be like .25 now it's .75.
Typically really awesome. Their wings are great, but expensive.Unfortunately last night I tried a different burger than my usual order, and it was simply trash. I ordered Shane's 'Busy Bee's' burger and it was a joke.My order for 1 burger and 6 wings ran me $34 on DoorDash, plus tip. After ordering Shane's 10+ times, I'm probably done.
After hearing so many great things about Craft, I was told by the general manager at 8:46-8:47 that they were closed for the night. After telling him I traveled out of my way to try Craft Burgers he still insisted policy was last order 8:45. Which I missed by the max two minutes. I am very disappointed that this was my first experience. I was NOT GREETED, nor did I feel welcomed. Regardless of the time a customer should feel welcomed especially when they are coming to spend money. The General Manager insisted that last order policy is listed online. (I was on my apple mobile phone and the website wasn’t the best nor was the policy as visible as them advertising their burgers and everything else on the menu). I Understand policy and I understand I came within 12-13 minutes of closing, but even though I did not leave being able to experience Craft Burger A warm welcome and smile goes Long way! This is coming from a foodie who has been to plenty of restaurants not only in Atlanta but across the nation and other countries.Not sure if I will want to try Craft Burgers By Shane after this experience. Wish them the best but not cool. They are in the burger business and not costumer service so maybe I am overreacting.
We have wanted to try this place out so we stopped in for lunch. Service was kind of slow but the burgers were a real letdown. They were overcooked and dry and while the toppings sounded good on the menu they were just kind of lackluster in reality. The fried mozzarella was just a thin slice of deli cheese rather than a piece of fresh mozzarella like we'd expected and the best thing about the BLAT burger was the bacon. I don't think I would return.
Craft Burger is The most amazing place for food. These burgers are top notch! I'm not lying to anybody that's reasing this post. Do self a favor and stop by and order whatever you like on the menu. If you will not be disappointed!
