Great food. I came with my Grandma. Waiter mixed up my order of pancakes gave it to big mama then didn't come check to see if she needed a refill but brought us our food.When it came to pay the cashier was understanding to me and was patient I appreciate that.Good experience overallWill come back for Fridays fried fishOur wait was 15 minutes no complaints here.?
Service was great our waitress was beyond super sweet and patient with us. Drinks always amazing. My husband and child's good came out great. But this is where my review goes bad. My food came out bland. I ordered the chicken and dumplins. I saw so many advertisements while traveling saying it's the best and you got to try it. So I did and in 3 bites I was turned off. It was so bland salt and pepper couldn't fix it. So I sent it back. I asked for recommendations cause I really wanted porkchops but it was only available on Saturday. I was recommended the meatloaf. I gave it a try. Everything was fine until I got to the center of the meatloaf. The center was still uncooked. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I can't eat anything undercooked or raw. The manager tried to explain that the tomatoes can cause the meat to look red. Which is not true. Once the ground meat is fully cooked it will look the same. Cornbread was extremely dry. I have nothing against cracker barrel but if you read this review. Please please please!! Check your food! I don't want anyone getting sick
My first time coming to Cracker Barrel and was excited to try new food. I ordered a main dish and they said i can order two sides that comes along with it. They pointed on the menu that says soup, sweet potato and other that has the days of the week when they serve a certain type of meal. I got the soup and my relative have gotten the sweet potato for the sides. The waiter said there are more sides on the next page and we ordered from there too and had each gotten 2 sides. We ate and we received the bill and on it they charged us extra for sweet potato and soup. Asked the waiter for the reason and found out that it is suppose to be for another meal and that you would need to pay extra to get these certain sides. I was never told that and I don’t mind paying extra but I preferred to be informed beforehand. I talked with the cashier and then the cashier brought us to the manager. The manager says that our order is correct and that we pay the extra amount charged. We told them that the waiter said that it was the side that we could choose and the manager said it might have been the girl in training and Said sorry and walked away. I was disappointed with the system and the food. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes for the food. We came in at 11:32 and left at 12:58.
Food was good as it is at most Cracker Barrels. Wait time wasn't bad for a Sunday. Service SUCKED!!!! Our waiter never came back to give refills, ended up asking a nice waitress that was refilling drinks for her tables to get more coffee and sweet tea. That was after waiting about 20 min. UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!!!! We had a large party so didn't expect waiter to remember what everyone had ordered, but did expect him to remember biscuits, cornbread, butter, maple syrup for pancakes, and the grits and gravy that came with 2 of the meals. Would I come back to this location probably not.
This is my favorite place to come with my son but it has been multiple times where it has been like this lots of tables open but dirty and coming here at 3:00pm on a Sunday telling us there is a 45 minute wait. Truthfully there was some clean tables as well and they told us to wait. We always come here because it’s close but each time it’s getting worse. Last time our waitress took forever to recognize us , she helped the other table that got sat 10 minutes after us . We waited for 25 minutes. Then our food came out it was all completely wrong. They never cared to refill our drinks or check up us. Only the other tables. This location definitely needs to get it together as walking in today multiple people were complaining on how this was the worst experience they ever had here.
I've literally had tv dinners as a child that were better. Soggy fried chicken, cold mac n cheese just gross. My beer was the best part of dinner. Never again the food is tasteless and just yuck.
This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Cracker Barrel. Our server Chris was timid, unfriendly and inattentive. Food was not delivered to the table for over 50 minutes. Over 20 minutes passed before Chris came by to check on refills. Other servers appeared to be on the ball and were pumping out food for their customers but not Chris. He was repeatedly seen walking slowly around the restaurant not doing much of anything. When the food did arrive, it was cold and the bacon was over cooked . It took an additional 20 mins to even get the check. Meanwhile the manager walked by with her nose in a tablet completely ignoring customers. Numerous empty tables but still a wait to be seated. Horrendous
