My husband and I had the hot pot at Chuan Yu. The flavor and food were okay. But the next day, we both had pretty bad diarrhea. We eat spicier than what they offered, so it’s not because of the spicy level. We are skeptical about the sanitization of the food.
AYCE hotpot with very friendly staff. If you don't speak mandarin like me, a little body language might be required but it doesn't take away from the fact they have amazing food.
Great little hole in the wall! Service is a little slow, but I think it's because it's a family owned restaurant and I'm ok with that. You'll need to listen to the servers well and communicate with them clearly. Beef bone soup is rich a flavorful. And the spicy soup level 5 is SUPER SPICY. The best thing here is the dumplings and sesame balls! Worth the price and you can definitely tell it's homemade and fresh. Delicious! I would definitely come back!
Man, I am one happy camper! We walk in and was immediately seated. It was all you can eat for $31.99. At first I thought it was a little pricey but the quality and quantity of food they gave was well worth the money. And if you pay cash, they will give you unlimited free soda. They are a small business so I understand the means to cut cost of credit card fees. And I thought it was a great incentive. The both were flavorful and they gave so much food. The sauce area was clean and have a nice varieties. The sever came by with some sweet treats for the babies and I thought it was so sweet. Definitely will eat here again!
It was OK. The price is more than $30. It supposed to be all you can eat, but the server barely stop by our table to ask us hows everything and if we need any other stuff. They barely gave you anything. I asked for shrimp, beef, mushrooms, and some veggies. The stuff came. They gave us 2 shrimps. 2 tiny pieces of corn, maybe 4 mushrooms.For 2 people that didn't even get anything it was over $65. And the lady when we ask for the check had the nerve to ask if I'm not giving any tip.Not coming back.

Our secret favorite place. Unlimited everything is hard to beat. Very friendly old lady greets us every time. Typically unlimited places bring out small portions each to prevent people over ordering but this place is super generous in portions!
I went here Sunday night 11/28/21. I would not recommend this hotpot restaurant. Although this is the one thats close to the Suwanee area I was recommend drive further for better price, quality of food and services. First alot of side dishes that normally free at other AYCE places are charged in addition to the base 32 dollars per person. Second, the service is super slow they are clearly under staffed and the order takes a while to come out. Finally, this is probably the most frustrating part, we ordered the beef ( brisket) cut which was 50% fat which we don’t mind because at least the meat taste decent. I opted not the eat the fat portion of the cut, the owner came out told me I can’t do that and the fat needs to be eaten with the meat otherwise I can’t order it. I explained in AYCE place I never had any problems with that and most people don’t eat the fat and this is the first place it’s ever happened. We ordered the same order the second time they gave us a completely different cut while claiming it’s the same cut. We were very frustrated with the experience here and will not come back again.In summary if you want poor services, expensive and have people tell you want you can and can’t eat during your dining experience feel free to try this place.
One waitress is rude. She kind of blamed me of not ordering meat at the same time. I feel bad. The other waitress are nice.
Heard many good things and lots of recommendations from friends so we decided to have dinner here on a cold rainy day last week. We love the home feeling that we received from this place and the people that works here are amazing. Don’t expect A1 services from young people when you’re here; they’re all lovely old mom and dad working to support their families and they don’t really talk to you, but Jesus lord they’ll give you anything you need. I was here with hubby again this week to grab some dinner bc of the impeccable experience we had the week before. I heard people complaining about the prices here which is absurd. Everything goes up now and you have to support small businesses. Until next time!!! Peace
