GreetingsUnbelievable, first I don't eat meat, so I ask for black beans at the base...they took a scoop of beans and separated into 3 tacos. They went and didn't even have raw toppings.i was told they were completely out of onions. So when my instinct told me no...I went ahead and got the tacos. I was floored once I bit into the shell...I was mad and when I went up there about the stale taco shells I was told they cook them in the morning, so they cook shells and they sit around all day til 5pm and they expect them to be fresh, so I guess whoever the guy was there interrupted and said give her money back...my question is why would you even sell this knowing they are that stale....stop putting out food you wouldn't eat and gas is too high to ride around and find out you don't have food that's worth selling to the public.

I love Chipotle and want to be supportive of local businesses but Everytime I go to this specific Chipotle I have an issue. Recently I was there and ordered 2 bowls with queso and everything was ice cold and tasteless. I live 1.7 miles away so there is no reason for me not to feel like I'm eating and enjoying a nice tasty warm meal. Please do better, I really would rather go to this location as opposed to Duluth or Buford.

I hate to do this as I’ve been a customer here for a while now.. today, the employee (white female) that finished my bowl and did the transaction had a terrible attitude for a retail environment (I also work in the field). After I asked for a little bit more pico, she proceeded to disregard every request for my order (very little red sauce and sour cream = a full scoop?? ok). When she checked me out on the register, she was throwing around my order and essentially tossed the receipt at me.I know this seems petty, but for what Chipotle is supposed to be, I didn’t get the order I wanted and instead walked away feeling disrespected for no reason. Going through a lot right now and this just wasn’t the experience I needed today. Just wanted that to be known.

Excellent Chipotle location! They were busy, but the processed through the guest line efficiently. The portions were generous, and everything tasted great. The team worked well together, and we definitely recommend this Chipotle location as one of the best locations we have ever visited.

Bring exact change if you expect to use cash. No change. My order was $13.30. I gave the girl a $20 bill and asked her if she was rounding down. She said yes. As a courtesy, I told her I had the $.30 in my truck and would bring it to her. She gave me $6 back. I questioned her and she said she’d pay me my $1 when I brought her $.30.Really? You are going to make me pay extra because the manager wasn’t smart enough to get all the cash he needed when he went to the bank? Poor management and poor customer service. I drove by several places to eat before I stopped at Chipotle in Suwanee but rest assured I won’t be back.By the way, the food was good. Customer focus was the short fall and the reason I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The service was friendly and quick..but that is where the positive of the experience ends.the chips on the chips and cheese dip were stale.The cheese dip was bland..even with what I guess were jalapeños. I got a veggie bowl for my daughter and a steak burrito for me.she said hers was fine. Mine fell apart almost immediately. The steak was not appetizing and the flour tortilla tasted old. Maybe it's just this location.anyway the service was quick.

Ordered from the app and got home to half full burrito bowl. I asked for guacamole and I barely even saw in the food. Might as well go inside so you can observe them putting a good amount of food in the order. Horrible.

I order from this location frequently, and I am upset that the food preparation wasn’t done properly and thoroughly when they were cooking food. I found a bar code sticker on my orange bell pepper. This is very upsetting and made me feel sick. I hope they can improve on this matter.

The lady who works at the front was busy on her smartphone. She saw me twice waiting at the front. I was waiting more than 2 minutes until she asked for my order and there were no customers waiting in front of me. Also, she was using her smartphone with the "Gloves" on.She grabbed the bowls without changing her gloves, then I asked her if she was using her phone with the gloves on, and she said "Yes, do you want me to change it?'.Ok now here is my question.Even with regular restaurant policies it's awful to use her germs growing cell phone during the operations. Also, makes me wonder what if she used her same gloves to grab the lettuce and the cheese for following customers.Makes me upset that she doesn't have common sense and does not apologize to her customers.Her mask is not covering nose and mouth. Also, some crews in the kitchen are not wearing their masks.If you wanna get free charge of Corona virus during Omicron campaign this place is great idea.

This is the 1st time I am calling a place of business for 35 gift cards and they tell me they cannot process it. I could not place the order online as I needed it in couple days. I was willing to place the order at the store in person or over the phone and wait to pick it up. The worse was the managers attitude, telling me he can't and that I would be better off calling another store! WOW! Had no issues with placing gift card orders last year at Zaxby's and I guess for this year, I will find another business that can accommodate my needs!Update: Went to the Chick Fil A around the corner and my request was completed in 10 min even though both the drive thru lanes were wrapped around the building and there were about 5 customer in the lobby ahead of me. Felt valued there by the manager repeating, It was my pleasure; Thank you for your patience; and We appreciate your business! This business is a much better choice for the recipients of gift cards than Chipotle!
