This is the consistently the worst location I have ever been to. The times that I have went the breading on the fried chicken sandwich is always underdone, and there has always been something wrong or missing with my order. It sucks because I usually don’t notice until after I’ve already gotten home. Won’t be coming back to this location. The one is Alpharetta off of old Milton is way better.
Its Chick-fil-A. You can never go wrong! Amazing service. Quick drive thru. ALWAYS
Make sure you double check your orders at this Chick-fil-A. They have my pleasure down pat but they consistently leave food out of the bag that you have paid for.
Customer Service 5Stars But The Food Was Not Up To Chick-Fil-A Norm!! Chicken Sandwich Was Hard Around The Outside But Soggy Inside, Tomato Was Not Ripe Green & Very Hard. Fries Were Half Fresh/Half Inedible. Lemonade Has ZERO Sugar Pure Lemon Water For Extra $.40..
I came to one of my favorite chains. Per the pictures, you will see that I asked for fresh fries and fresh sandwich. My sandwich was cold , the lettuce was not good, and the bun....was so hard. The fries were soggy. As you can see, per the picture "TAKE GOOD CARE". This would seem fine, but no type of care was taken to the entire order.Which made me think ....this is a Christian establishment. The reason why this business is the way it is because of Jesus. Jesus loves everyone no matter what culture or gender they are. I will not EVER be back to this location. I don't trust the location. It is sad with all that is going on in our world; at least, I would think Chick-fil-A would be #kind. My issue is because I asked for fresh fries and sandwiches. The lady striped shirt, which wasn't Pedro , which is on the receipt , said it would be fresh because of the lettuce and tomatoes.I went back to share this feedback. The manager on duty gave me Issac Chandler's information since none of the directors was onsite but was informed they will be back from 7 am to 3 pm.I will be praying for this location, and I forgive you if you PURPOSELY tried to be evil to me. God bless and Jesus Loves you.
Couldn’t accommodate a change in the order while I was still ordering and had not paid yet. Forgot condiments even after reminding twice. Wouldn’t go to this location again
Another good Chick-fil-A experience. This one has a unique parking lot, so be sure to pay attention to the traffic flow. As I pulled into the drive-thru lane, I saw there were people dining inside during breakfast hours. I'm not often in this area, so I'm unsure if that is new, or what the schedule is for dining hours (if any).
Great expirence especially with manager Sarah Galatas! I asked to speak to someone from the kitchen so I could complement the chicken nuggets that I just put in my mouth and I was pleasantly introduced to Saul! He was an absolute shot of espresso he was a ray of sunshine and he left me with a whole new point of view on how I should view my life! I am getting his face tattooed to my body because of how much he inspired me. Sarah Galatas was the one that introduced me to my guardian angel Saul, and I will forever be grateful for my Chick fa la experience!
I typically avoid this location because my food is always poor. I will drive pass this location which is more convenient and go to Moore Road for this reason. Today I drove in for my son’s meal bc I was too tired to go to Moore Road. My son’s fries were hard fried and over cooked. The strips were dried and appeared old and not fresh. I know what the food should look like bc my son is a fanatic. He will insist I go to another one if any restaurant serves his food in a low quality manner. He would not have eaten it.I requested a remake and it was prepared fresh. I haven’t been to this location in 5 months and will not return. I took photos. First few are the first order. The last 2 pics are the fresh remake of his meal. I gave 2 stars bc the young female team member that came to my car to hear my concern was pleasant and apologetic.
Compare to other Chick-fil-A locations had bad experience. No kids toy in my order. The handler didn’t say nothing and just hand over the food
