Idk who's idea it was to put a Chick-fil-A next to a Starbucks, but the parking lot situation for this location is horrible. Drive-thru line is tight, I drive an F450 and it was almost impossible to get through. Now with that being said the employees here were some of the most professional and friendly. Whoever is doing the training here has done a fantastic job. Food was great too.
Normally I never have any issues with Chick-fil-A Love their food and the app is nice to get delivered. However ever since I added a second address to my account the past two times I've ordered food they send it to the second address even if I click on the first address that I actually wanted delivered to. So I've had to go pick it up each time and I triple check the address when I made the orders so I don't know if it's a bug in the app that keeps switching the address on me or what...
Hard not to take it personally when the drive thru folks see your car and retreat without entering your order. As a result I wound up going around to the pickup window assuming that pressing the 'at the restaurant' button on my mobile order must have been enough. Then spending 20 minutes in the "car time out" spot waiting for my order to be filled from scratch. Appreciate the Manager's effort to get us taken care of expeditiously. I know, first world problems. I'll give them another shot, particularly since the unit closest to my house is currently a literal hole in the ground.
This location has always been my favorite. However, today the waffle fries were cold and the container was not full, pieces were small and it seemed as if the fries were not cooked well. They tasted bad and like they came from the bottom of the bag. I ordered half and half tea with light ice, but when I received the styrofoam cup- no ice at all. So disappointed since it was my choice for after knee surgery meal.
Parking is a nightmare! Food is what to be expected, delicious but they need to figure out their drive thru situation. The only way to leave this location’s parking lot is to get into the always long drive thru line. It took us 10 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. You’re better off driving down the road to another location
I have been to this Chick-Fil-A multiple times, and I have had no problems. This visit, however, was not the case. First when I was paying for my order, I had handed the cashier my gift card. I know this gift card had money on it as it was just given to me, and I had the receipt to the card. She swipes the card and waits for the system to process it. After multiple times, I express that it is okay and that I would just pay for the order myself and keep the gift card for later. I insert my card and the cashier proceeds to throw away the gift card. Me, who was confused, grabbed my receipt and waited on the side. My friend, who I had expressed my confusion with, went to the cashier to retrieve the gift card. The cashier proceeded to tell my friend she could not do anything as she threw it away, and she was sorry. I moved on. We sat down and got our food and it tasted like it usually does. It did not come with sauce on the plate but it was fine as we just asked for it. The next problems came when the two people that I had came with shadow to chase down the Chick-fil-A employees in order to get their food. They came with sauce and their food just fine. The experience was not horrible, but the minor inconveniences made me confused and a little aggravated. The food was good as usual, but I wish my experience was smoother.
I have been going to this location for years with no issues. Recently they have been messing things up. The last 2 times I ordered from them they left all the sauces out so i have been stuck eating dry food. The time before that they forgot my biscuit. I normally door dash since they dont deliver to my area but it clearly says on the receipt what was ordered. I dont know if they are under new management or what but its definitely going down hill
Service and food ok. Only issue is you’ll pay for a large but get a medium in a large box. This has happened multiple times at this location. Would recommend going to another chick fil a location
The half and half is not sweet and tart AT all. Chicken strips are getting skinnier and fries are a little bit more well done than I like but chic fil a is my favorite
Not even one star. They miss placed my one of sandwich that I ordered online. Manager gave me two options, either I pick up now or another day. However, one of person was not able to eat on those two option. I asked him to send me the miss place sandwich through his delivery team. He denied to do it and say that is their policy. I end up drove there to get full refund. One of stupid manager wasted money for my refund and material cost of 4 sandwich meals means drinks and waffle potatoes and I wasted gas to drive back and forth. I don't know he was not trying to pay for delivery fee to not deliver my food that they have done the mistake. But they end up losing customers and money. Also, they lost image of restaurant and refutation. How come the manager doesn't know to manage the money and customer service. I don't think they train the people. I will never visit again.
