Takes way to long if you are in a hurry. Waited in line 14mims then pay, now I’m 9 minutes waiting at curbside pick up because my food isn’t ready. Still haven’t got my food. I would give 0 stars if possible! This location has lost my business for sure.
They are so rude. The drive-through POS machine didn't work properly, so they didn't give me the receipt. And they didn't feel sorry or try to find another way. It was not a large order(two fries and 8pcs Chicken nuggets), and the order was not kept for more than 10 minutes. Burger King was a place where you could buy fast food, but it was a very slow place. They acted very uncomfortably when I asked their names. If they didn't want to be called in for inconvenience, they should have done their job properly in time. If they don't work properly why are they in there?
I think my dog is smarter than me most days and well that's probably true but he won't eat anything with a golden arch on it and Wendy better dip the back into her trust fund she's not getting my money cuz she's charges about three times too much outrageous pricing. That's why I go to Burger King the dog likes it he can't wait to get through the drive-thru then I like it cuz it's real meat I think depends on if Bill Gates got a hold of it yet or not. Of course when you're a draco reptilian you eat lettuce not meat so what does he care right.
This may be the worst BK I've ever had by a Longshot. Speaker out of order which is no big deal because atleast face to face the order should be much easier to understand, which I believe it was taken correctly. No receipt so I'm really not sure. $37 bucks for a whopper w cheese meal, stacker king meal, whopper Jr w cheese meal and a whopper jr sandwich and 2 cookies. What I received was a whopper no cheese meal with cold meat in middle of patty. Stacker with meal with cold meat in middle of both patties...colder than my drink, no exaggeration. Double cheeseburger meal not a jr whopper w cheese. A crispy chicken sandwich instead of additional whopper jr. And 0 cookies. The poor quality of food and lack of accuracy for what is now the 2nd time in a matter of a few weeks means I won't be back to this location. The location a little down the road near main event is MUCH better quality.
Usually a good experience at this location but since Covid, it's been hit or miss at most fast food places. If you can't have your employee's show up on time, consider changing your hours to accommodate so people don't come to a closed store. No worker was there 15 min after your supposed opening time in the middle of the week.
This place needs training for employees. I ordered thru drive in. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 of 8pcs jalapeno bites & a large onion ring. No receipt was offered nor provided. One of jalapeno bite was missing when I received my bag so I had to walk in. It took a little while for her to find my order since no receipt was provided. No apology nor explanation at all. She just put a missing item in my bag. Later one of my sandwich was a wrong one when I opened my beg at home. I ordered a double whopper but they gave me a single. I checked the price online since no receipt and they charged me for a double. No wonder the BK is going down in market. I hate to see it as an old whopper fan but no BK from now.
I stopped for breakfast on a Friday morning and James was already at work. He recommended a better deal than I ordered. Suggested jelly for my sausage sandwich and was truly happy to be at work making my morning that much better.It is hard enough to get workers and James is a good one. I hope management ready and acts on good reviews as well as the bad.

This is a very nice and clean Burger King. They were mopping the floor when I was there. It is nice to see this place kept clean.
Typical BK. Staff shortages have taken their toll so sometimes you can't dine in. Staff that is there is friendly and usually efficient with taking your order and getting your food to you.
