It's getting a three because the curly fries have not been fresh in a long time they're like heat lamp radiated in need of iodine treatment for radiation poisoning dried up crinkled and harder to rock so I would not recommend getting the fries with the meal because if you were there 2 hours ago it might be all right. That's 2 hours ago from whenever you are there.
Amazing fast service!!! Brandon was the guy at the window who helped me soooo much and brought me FRESH curly fries!!! I just recently moved so this is definitely gonna be my new favorite fast food place!!! Awesome customer service with delicious quick food!!! Thank you Arby's & Brandon for making my life easier and worth every calorie!
Spent several hours -this evening- getting ER service, at johns Creek location. Were discharged passed 9 PM , and thanks to, Waze, were able to locate the closest Arby's, to Emory's John's Creek ER.Kudos to the Arby's nutritionists, designers of my favorite, roast beef slider.It (the roast beef slider) being a true mouthful of a wonderful 'minisandwich'; which in terms of size and weight, I do not know the amount of roast beef used, except that, is the right size for the size of my mouth. My taste buds love the recipe use by Arby's cooks -to make it melt in youth mouth. Sorry, fish lovers !
Yummy but I wish they still had potato cakes! I had the turkey gyro which is filling and yummy. It has taziki sauce and if you don't like cucumber taste ..this is not for you. Roast beef is delicious and one of my favorites is the French dip.Coffee flavored Jamocha shake is an all-time favorite.
Spent about 20 bucks on food at this location earlier this evening. The sandwiches were luke warm and the large fries were barely warm and hard to chew, which obviously were recooked from previous leftover. Very disappointed. I am going to let everyone I know to avoid getting food from this Arby's location.
Only giving a 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Ordered online, gave them 15 minutes to get the order done before we even arrived. Sat in line for 30 minutes listening while they messed up others people's orders. Got home just to turn around and go back because they don't care to do their job the right way.The manager had the audacity to argue and call my husband a liar. We will not be going back and have already contacted the higher ups.
We went to the drive through to get our food and drink from Arbys that day.
Didn't give me Arby's sauce like I asked for. Cheese sauce for my curly fries tasted like plastic. Sandwich was good. Husband had the turkey sandwich & he loved it.
