Absolutely horrible service. First the sign is either not working or off. You can’t tell if the location is even open for business.The dining room is supposed to be open, but the entrance door has a large puddle in front of it.We walked inside there was water all over the kitchen floor and two male employees were talking then looked at us and walked further into the back. We stood there as another male employee who was at the fry station turned around and looked at us then turned back around and just stood at the fry station. After that yet another male employee who was at drive thru came out looked at us walked away then walked back out and mumbled hi be with you in a sec. Then I started taking my pictures for my review. Still no service or acknowledgement for our wait….. we walked out and the female employee was still talking to someone at a car which she did when we parked next to them and continued to do as we took more pictures outside and then left. Not one time did she say hello while in an Arby’s uniform.
Would be 5 stars if they still had potatoe cakes. Probably wont be going back until they do!
They were out of roast beef and for the past couple of visits that I tried patronized them, someone did not have the best of attitude taking my order let's just after 9:45pm.
Great employee expect a little wait time because of lack employees. Excellent fresh food.

The beef & cheddar I got today was so nasty. The roast beef was very tough and just looked sloppy. I threw it out and just ate the fries. For $9 this is just unacceptable. Surely the employees make at least $10/hr and arbys is never wrapped around like chickfila. Soooo what gives? It should be cooked to order. Lesson learned the hard way. I just need to stick to the grocery store this year.
I never used to have issues with this location but my last few visits have definitely been lacking. Twice now I have gotten home and half of my order was missing. I might understand if they were busy but I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. Soooo disappointed

Absolute worst service person in the world working the drive through. But food was hot with fresh fries lines were a little slow but aside from the drive through girl a good fast food joint to eat at
Asked for extra sauce and girl at window assured me it was in the bag. It was not! Really sloppy service...
