So I give this Zaxby's a five star. Sometime it's a four star. But, most of the time it's a five star. The reason for my rating is because the drive-thru is usually not a long wait, customer service is usually pretty good, and my food is usually great. Don't really have too many complaints about this location. I've only had a couple of times in the past couple of years that I was displeased with the service. This happened to be in the evening and for some reason the wait was very long and they forgot my order. But, I can honestly say this doesn't happen often, so this one definitely gets a five-star because they are usually on point.
The wait is re-fucki…diculous i literally was in the drive thru 30 mins watch 3 cars behind me pull off because of the wait. Then when you get up to the speaker you’re waiting another 10/15 minutes before you can place your order. This is absurd they clearly need to close down or get some help in there cause it makes no sense the amount of time you’re waiting to order your food. And you would think going in would be quicker and it’s even worse my gawd. Either hire more help or get some people in there that’s gone pick up the pace instead of horseplaying around!
This store clearly needs help or need to be shut down! The reviews speak for itself. I ordered through DoorDash and my dasher had to call me to let me know that they were out of sweet and spicy sauce so I had to switch my order to barbecue wings. As seen and the pictures below there was no sauce on my wings and I received a ranch salad dressing!? The chicken was undercooked and pink on the inside. My daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich that had black stuff in it that she said didn’t taste like it was burnt so no telling what it was. And what top the whole experience off was once I called the store to speak to a manger I was put on hold for 23 mins!!! So after completing this review I will be contacting corporate.
Firstly all of the Zaxbys in this area have the worst dt waits. But my complaint is about the staff. I’ve ordered online twice & each time I went inside to pick up my meal, the teens working the front were rude. They don’t greet. They will give u eye contact & still not speak. It’s as If they don’t want to work. Why do I, as a customer, have to ask for a cashier just to pick up my food? They will walk by the registers, make eye contact & not even ask how can they help. It’s like pulling teeth for service. Worst location in this area. I will drive further to another location to avoid coming back here.
I order a Zaxby’s Chicken sandwich from doordash today. The sandwhich was burnt and the fries where cold.Whoever thought it was okay to serve this sandwhich to anyone should get fired.Worst
Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally got my food, went home to eat it and the chicken was thin and brittle, it also smelt like cigarette ashes. Threw it away because… no. Probably won’t be coming back to this location, it has really fallen off these past few years.
I just recently went to this location today and placed an order for 3 pc. Chicken fingerz meal, 10 pc. Boneless wings meal and a house salad. I was informed that they were not serving salads at this time. So I preceded with my order. When I arrived home and took my food out of the bag I was immediately upset. I looked at my food and I couldn't believe that they only put 6 pieces of boneless wings. Now I do understand maybe missing 1 wing possibly but 4 smh. This location has lost my business. NO SALAD.... REALLY ZAXBY'S AND MISSING FOOD..... UNACCEPTABLE!
They need to go ahead and shut this location down. They are always out of stuff. They keep you in a long line just to tell you they are out of stuff. In addition, nine times out of 10, they will get your order wrong. This is by far the worst Zaxby's in Dekalb County.
My husband and I went to Zaxby's yesterday and this one was one of the best experiences we've had at this location. The lady taking our order over the speaker talked kinda fast but that's ok because she was so nice and friendly. As for the food, whoever was in charge of the fry basket needs to stay there because the fries were so good and crispy as opposed to other visits when they were undercooked and inedible. Great job this round.
Food is great per usual. I under the covid protection, but not the nonexistent organization. I was told what to do after ordering on the app (no problem) but to hear “ Go park on the other side before my manager start tripping” rubbed me wrong. Long as the manager didn’t “trip” with me I was good. If employees are worried about a manager “tripping” maybe you all need a new manager to run things more smoothly and with proper communication skills. Loving the buffalo garlic BTW
