I would love to give Yard Vibes a stellar review based on the great staff up front but their food was simply the worst carribean food I have ever received in the Atlanta metro area. I ordered the escovitch fish and red peas soup and neither dish delivered on taste. The rice and cabbage were mush and bland. The plantains were not ripe. The fish was not cooked to order, but "re-cooked" to order and withered The red peas soup was watery and tasteless. I can only hope this was an off night. Honestly, 85% of the food I ordered went in the trash!
This was by far the worst experience in food service! There was an old lady working there that didn’t even know the price. They were too expensive and the worst part is there was a hair rubber band in my oxtails!!!! I will never come here again! It was a waist of money and the food was not fresh! The roti was old and warmed up. So I could think it was fresh!

I was given a sample of the jerk and it wasn't that hot. Usually I cant eat JERK at all.I ordered:Rasta Pasta 3.5⭐Nice and creamy but ruined by being covered in all the different sauces from the meat.w/Oxtails 3⭐The oxtails were okay but only 4 small bones.w/Jerk Chicken 4⭐The chicken was flavorful, tender, and not too spicy.Cabbage and Carrots 1⭐I didn't like them at all. Cooked too well done.Plantains 5⭐These were some of the best plantains. Definitely in season.I would try them again to taste the curry and try the pasta without all the sauce.Note:They have been open 1 year.They are in a busy plaza with a Family Dollar, Liquor Store, Wing n Burger Factory, and More.Strong smell of marijuana in the parking lot.Also, This is a open carry state so yea. Both men in front of me ordering were strapped.??♀️ This used to be a well-to-do area but has definitely fell off, so just be vigilant.
Bland and greasy. Ordered the oxtails which were not cooked long enough making it difficult to get off the bone, lacked seasoning. Plantains we’re under ripe and also under cooked. Both just taste like the oil they were cooked in. Very disappointed in the entire meal.
Asked for 2 beef and 1 chicken pattie, coco bread and 2 Tings. Cashiers says $18 and some change. And we don’t have no chicken… won’t ever be back as long as Red Hills stands!
The jerk chicken is amazing, thank you so much for the great food and kind service!!! Yes, yes , yes!!Update: The jerk chicken is best eaten with the rice& peas! The flavors just bring out the chicken. Love. Will most certainly be back
My FAVE! I come at least once every week — I was born and raised in JA & this is the only Jamaican restaurant I will vouch for! My entire family loves the food, even my 2 year old nephew and 5 year old niece who had snapper and left nothing but a head and bones. I always swear I’ll have leftovers but end up finishing it all in one sitting ??This place doesn’t disappoint!
Purchased the lunch specials on two occasions. Each time the meal was mediocre with very soft rice and peas. Generous lunch portions but not to my liking. I will not patronize there anymore.
Just ordered here from the first time from UberEats because of the reviews, but I'm highly disappointed. My oxtail meal tasted burned and my steamed cabbage was so soft that I didn't even have to chew it, it just disintegrated in my mouth. I will never order here again, and for a $21 oxtail meal, they ought to be ashamed.
I love this place my fiancé and I always get the curry chicken plates. It's always so good and fresh. Great vibes and great customer service!
