Came at 9:30pm on a Friday door was locked, staff just looked at me like I had 3 heads, and there was no sign indicating that they were closing early. A car pulled up next to me and they called their order in, they weren't able to get their food. Yall having technical difficulties is one thing, but communicate that.This location always trash tho. Won't ever return again, this was the last straw.Whoever the GM is, yall need to send some mystery shoppers. Its always somethin.
Went here on 4/10/2022 around 2:30pm, an the young lady at the front register was very rude an had no knowledge of the sauces I was asking her about. She acted as if I was getting on her nerves while asking my questions. If she doesn’t like her job, then maybe she should find a different place to work. Rude people like that shouldn’t be working in customer service. You will lose a lot of business with attitudes like that.
Count your days Hariston Wingstop ! I called 5 times to resolve an issue with my order. I called waay before the time they were closing and no one picked up the phone. The first 2 times , the phone went straight to voicemail then every call after that , someone picked up the phone and hung up on me . I can literally hear the person breathing and shuffling the phone and then they hung up . If this is how this establishment deals with paying customers , this location will be closed soon enough .
This particular Wingstop has a bad habit of not giving you everything you order! One time I order a 2 wing meal and they didn't give me my fries, this time I ordered 3 wing meals they didn't give me my drink. The employees need to pay attention, I paid too much money for them not to get my order correct. They told me next time I come up there I could get my drinks, I wanted my drink with my meal, not the next day I'm not coming back up there for a drink
I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness of this business my husband and I ate here for the first time, we ordered our food waited less than 15 minutes- it was quick fresh hot and very tasty delicious food, Best Wings ever!!! The ? fries were hot and fresh, condiments were all there, the manager and cashier were very friendly and helpful!! After getting our meals we left. Of course understandably there’s no seating allowed due to covid-19 Pandemic- you order your food by phone or come in, you pick up, and leave. Simple!!! Clean, friendly, professional, no long waits!!!! The foods very yummy Good ??- location: Memorial drive, around the corner by -chase bank - inside the plaza - can’t miss it !!!??????????❤️❤️❤️
VANESSA IS THE BOMB.COM!!! She is truly appreciated and helpful and sweet! I felt like my order mattered and everything was perfect!! There needs to be more Vanessa's around nowadays. Promote this woman or give her a real pay raise!! For real, she's dope and y'all are lucky to have her. Plus, she knows how to hold it down during a busy, crazy night. I ordered my wings and Told Them Extra Extra well done. Got home... Wings was soft and soggy. Wasted 50.00 and some change.. On some wings that wasn't cooked the way i requested. I still love you guys. But i will not be going back to that location again. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different one.
This wingstop isn’t bad.It’s Good Customer service but I don’t understand how they get simple things wrong. The 1st time I didn’t trip but this time come on; i know you can do better then this. I ordered a 10pc boneless with 2 flavors, extra crispy && honey mustard. By the time I got the food and Got home I realized the lady gave me 9 boneless wings && didn’t even use the 2 flavors. Those are only 1 flavor and they wasn’t even crispy. Smh do better you have to listen when taking orders and making the food or what’s the point. They finessed me outta a wing && extra flavor
