Only 2 stars because the food is good. But the young lady upfront is very unprofessional and is always on her phone. Needs to be taught customer service. Also the wait be long as hell, even when they tell you 15 minutes. Expect 30-40 minutes.
They do not follow order notes nor do they include the darn DRESSING! The most important part! Too many times and I pay extra.
Total trash. Just ordered for delivery a fish sandwich combo with and order of separate shrimp. The tiny sandwich came between two pieces of totally burned white bread (no hoagie bread ?). With a tale piece of Kraft American cheese. It tasted so nasty and mushy.The $8 .....6 piece shrimp were tiny, and dry, and they didn’t even include the cocktail sauce. Trashy people. What a joke. I threw most of the meal away.
Don't get the fish!I got a 4 piece fish meal here Thursday (3\31\22). The fish was not cooked completely and it was bad fish. My wife and I ate 3 pieces of it and by Friday morning we were both sick, throwing up the whole nine. My wife said the fish smelled too fishy but we ate it as we were hungry and wanted fish. NEVER AGAIN! Very Bad experience! Cook the food the proper amount of time people. And use fresh fish or stop selling fish.
Customer service is awful! The girl with the braids in the front attitude was horrible. Asked her questions she gave me attitude. As I am delivery driver I pick up food and keep it moving. If the order is nowhere near to being done. Say that. Don’t tell me 3mins and when I come back in you have a whole attitude with me. Definitely will decline this place next time it pops up on my app. We ask for a time because we most likely have other orders and it’s unfair for us to wait while someone else’s food gets cold because someone is upset they have to work and just giving a time to get you out of their face.

I normally order here all time. Today I ordered a fifty piece wing 30 medium 20 lemon pepper. I received 20 medium and 30 lemon pepper which is not what I ordered NO LEMON PEPPER ON THE WINGS .THEY WERE PLAIN. TRIED CALLING NO ANSWER .AND IN THAT FIFTY PIECE 5 OF THE WINGS WHERE WING TIPS NOT FLATS OR DRUMS .SO DISAPPOINTED. I normally have a good experience but this really upset me .I know the cost of wings have went up but I don't think I should be charged for wi ng tips
Nobody answer the phone for call in orders always gotta check food cause it be wrong more times than it is right and cashier always seems to be in a bad mood like you choose that job so I dont be understanding her attitude the food is good just to much you gotta go through to get it
Was given the wrong flavor on one of my orders, also the young lady at the counter needs to learn some customer service skills
