The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. I had already placed my mobile order before I got in the drive through line. I got to the window and they tells me to wait in the mobile order parking spot only for me to wait 20 minutes. When I got my food my order was wrong, I was missing food and drinks. I have to wait another 25 minutes before I get my food I checked it and it was correct to the eye. I get home which is 7mins away and i touch my nuggets and they are beyond hard and my burger smells like spoiled cheese. I went back and they were very rude and dismissive about the situation. The manager said all he could do was take my name and get me food tomorrow. I asked for the store manager name and number and they gave me a empty receipt with a number underlined and closed and locked the door.
Terrible customer service. Girl with red hair at the window & taking my order had an attitude. Luckily it’s the morning time and I am trying to be professional. Can’t say the same for the workers. Service was so bad, I had to take my time to write this review. I don’t even do stuff like this. Do better.
I ordered 2 salad and 2 drinks. Doordash delivered them but had no drinks. Not doordash fault. Wendys didn't give the driver the drinks. So doordash gave me a credit but doesn't cover the tip for another driver to bring what wendys left out. And the order has to be 10 or more. Imagine that.
I don’t know why it says they are open at 6:30amI just wanted a maple chicken biscuit, the lights were on when I arrived at 7:40am. No one answered the intercom to take my order after waiting 5 mins, I pull around & see two young ladies walking away from the window. This is not the first time this has happened but this is the last time I will remain silent about it.
After AAU Basketball Practice Friday. My players enjoyed there 4 for 4 Meals.Like to Thank all my Friends that helped Sponsored my Players Basketball Tournament this weekend.My 6th Graders lost 2 Games.My 8th Graders Won 3 Games, Lost 1 Game. I'm so Proud of them. From Coach Dee-Jay.
Wendy's on south hariston in stone mountain ga. Their were no line just one person waiting for her order. I waited 15 mins before any one came to the register to take my order. I observed several employees at the drivers window working orders and talking loudly. The reason I went inside to order because their was a long line outside. While I continued to wait on my food the employees and manager did an excellent job in handling the outside guest. It took me approximately 30 to 45vmins to get my order and that was after the manager approach me and ask if I had ordered yet. I replied I had been standing and waiting for a good while . He apologized for the wait and inconvience and ask the employee preparing my food to upgrade my fries to large.
Don’t order from here. Go somewhere else if possible!! Ordered a bourbon bacon sandwich. The sandwich came cold with no sauce or crispy onions and my fries were cold and half full. When I went to pick up the order, the guy didn’t even give me my drink a paid for. I had to stand and wait for him to acknowledge me in order for me to get my drink that was sitting right in front of his face. First and last time ordering here
The chilli was beans and juice no meat, the containers was half full. Will never return to this Wendy's. The condiments that come with the taco salad was missing.
So today I got Wendy’s. I took a sip of the “strawberry lemonade” and noticed something was very off so I proceeded to put in in something clear to see why it had an off consistency..then I see this. So I check my burger at this point because of my drink looks like this I could only imagine the food I’ve been eating. Come to find out my bun has an outrages amount of mold on it, along with this brown strawberry lemonade. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen.
Whether drive thru or take out they always seem to get your order wrong and if you ask them to correct it it will definitely be a problem. Needs to work on customer service skills.
