This Wendy’s location takes at minimum 35- 40 minutes to place an order, aside from paying and receiving your order correctly. I highly recommend undergoing new management and a critical evaluation of this locations employees. Honestly, the level customer service, at this location, really devalues the corporation of Wendy’s as well as the franchise owners, and last but not least, the quality of experience of dining out for surrounding communities.
I've come to this location before and normally had good service idk what was going on but the lady at the drive-thru was unfriendly. I ordered through the app and when I got to the speaker I was greeted with a flat greeting. I went to the window and was asked what kind of drink I ordered despite it being plain from my order. I was given the drink WITHOUT a straw and when I asked for one I was told "it usually comes in the bag" and then was told to pull up from the window to wait for my food. Not sure if it's policy at this Wendy's but usually if given a drink you usually get a straw especially if you have to wait for the rest of the order. Not even a minute later I got my food, so I wonder why I was even asked to pull up in the first place. As I was receiving my food the same lady from the drive-thru window pulled out the straw that was in the bag. Not sure why I received such petty service but I'll think twice before coming to this location again.Edit: I also didn't receive a paper receipt.
This location can get busy from time to time, but for the most part the service is pretty consistent. Even when the dining room wasn't open with a line wrapped around the building, they normally get you in and out in a reasonable time and the food is prepared consistently as well. Good job guys and girls!
This is easily the worst Wendy's in the world. The employees are incredibly rude and lazym they don't want to do their jobs. When they do their jobs, they do it with an attitude, horribly and slow. I have had numerous bad experiences and most recently I was told you can't get crispier bacon because the bacon comes precooked. I said I don't care how you heat it, can't you just heat it longer please? I've never had an issue with this request and the woman on the speaker acted like I was a villain for asking for this. Bacon ALWAYS comes undercooked at this location so apparently this woman is telling me corporate wants it's customers to eat undercooked meats. Great. Do not waste way more time than you need to waiting in the horrendously slow drive thru line at this location. Your food will be awful and your experience will be worse. It is absolutely aytrocious and a blight to the wendys corporation.
We went through takeout at night about 10:40. It took nearly 30 minutes, which was way too long. On the plus side, employee was friendly and food was prepared correctly.
Very POOR service, nonchalant attitude, lack of willingness to help from management on down. Food quality was absolutely terrible ?. At this location they are ALWAYS out of products. and displays a I Don’t Care demeanor ! I don’t know who owns this particular Wendy’s, but the employees that work here are FREAKING TERRIBLE ! Coming to eat at this location, is like playing RUSSIAN ROULETTE some days the inside is open…some days it’s not ! Why is that and the drive thru line Back up to the street ! This Wendy’s make you NEVER want to eat at Wendy’s again !?#teamshutthisplacedown!
The service I received was below non-customer service. I was rushed and directed to drive up to the window, once I got to the window, I politely said I wasn't finished with my order. The person was like what else do you want, once I stated that, she yelled back add this and was actually upset about me adding to the order. She gave me a total. I asked for a receipt, she was like we don't have any receipts it is not working or printing. That was very suspect to me and I think possible money is being stolen, especially when giving exact money for cost of products. When I drove off, I discovered my breakfast seasoned home-style potatoes were old and barely warm. I didn't want to return back to drive thru and deal with this rude person, so I just left. I could even my breakfast sandwich was the freshest but I had to eat something because I was about to take medication. I haven't visited this particular location in a while because every time I go there it is something. I decided to give the location another chance and I am convinced that this location needs better training and possibly a new staff or new management. If I could give a zero star, I would.
The window rep was great, but the food was awful, even when I returned it! The burger was cold, then lukewarm and the nuggets and fries weren't fresh, then didn't replace the latter, after I complained about the burger! Let's not forget the burger wrapping appeared reused!
Cleanest Wendy's I've ever seen .. You can trust the 4 for 4 ain't the only thing safe to order off the menu
Excellent food but a long wait in the drive thru. Fries were like warm but still crispy.
