I haven’t eaten at Weeyums in about 4 years. I decided to stop by there today for a steak. My steak was everything! First, the bread was fresh. Second, my sandwich was full of meat. Third, I could actually see my sweet peppers. One of the competitors chops their peppers up so small that you can barely see or taste them. Lastly, my steak was about $4.00 cheaper than the competitor for the same ingredients on a steak. I will definitely be returning back soon.
The Phillys are really good but BE PREPAREDTO WAIT! Customer service was okay, the young lady's were pleasant and apologized for the wait. HOWEVER... The wait was literally 1hour and 30 minutes.Appears to be a family owned business that does not want to share on the dividends with hiring the right amount of people to work and ease the load or find a new process for orders checking out etc... Although the sandwiches were good. It's not worth that type of wait time.
The wait is horrible. Your food here is NEVER ready on time! 45 minutes means an hour and a half after placing AND PAYING for your order online. Tonight my food wasn't even started until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The food is definitely not what it use to be. I sincerely miss the customer service and promptness if the Ellenwood location. If you got time to spare...then this is your place. If u want your food in a timely manner then go to the Weeyums in Atlanta!
This is my go to spot to get a good philly and the customer service there is awesome as well my favorite order taker is Shatoya Ray.
Good service, didn't have to leave my car. PLACE ORDERS AHEAD OF Time. Had a good chat with a server while my food was made. I remember the Philly being better before the remodel, but I've only been once since so I'll come back when I visit again.
This review is for the Stone Mountain location.The sandwiches were good as always but the order system is just messed up. You can't order by phone so you have to either order in person and sit there in the parking lot and wait or you get directed to Clover or Menufy to place an online order. Both 3rd party sites add $1.00 to the cost of each sandwich so you're forced to pay for the "convenience" of online ordering.When I placed my order online I was informed that it would be 40 minutes before it was ready. Fine by me, I live 10-15 minutes away so I had time to do some stuff around the house. 20 minutes later I get a call and they say my food is ready, so now it's been sitting on the counter for at least 15 minutes by the time I get there.Probably not going to be ordering from Weeyums again for a while.
Service is super friendly and efficient! Every week I am greeted by name, Ms. Sue! And yes, I have eaten cheesesteak in Philly, and these are pretty darn close. If you are an entitled fast foodie looking for food prepared hours ago, this is is not your place. Food is made on the spot, after you order it.

The food wasn’t worth the wait if I could have my money back I’d take it in a heartbeat. The wait was soo long as Ariana grande said “THIS IS RIDICULOUS”
We were passing by and decided to stop in for lunch since I've heard good things about their Philly sandwich. There is not a lot of parking and parking is awkward. They do practice social distance and you are not allowed to enter the building. There was a lady out front taking orders and payments. The philly cheese steak was priced ok, but $2 extra to change to provolone cheese and $2.75 for a very small amount of fries. The philly was ok, not as flavorful as I expected and there was too much bread, but other than that the sandwich was ok. I may return, but not guaranteed.
