I love this location no matter what time of night day or morning the staff is always exceptional. My order always fresh and accurate. That morning crew is especially awesome and so full of energy. Always a good vibe in here and the workers have a vibrant and happy vibe for such a young aged group they’re very polite and respectful
Cook did my bacon just right n eggs were perfect! Got home n no grits! But it's close to where I am so I will probably go back lol!
I Order a very large order but the problem was first off the Cook had long dreaded hair with no hair net over the grill. my order was not cooked to my satisfaction when you place an order you place it the way you want it but my order was not up to my satisfaction I order A well done T Bone Steak heavenly seasoned and Hash Browns with toast first off I did not receive the toast I waited so long for the toast I told them to forget it .when I got home my steak was not cooked well and not seasoned at all so I went back to the restaurant to get a replacement order I was told they do not replace or recook T Bones so I was refunded my money I was not please with this service but the Cashier was very nice
Visited this location yesterday 5/29/22 and Rico was very professional, helpful, and the service was quick my food came fast. He had a good attitude to be early in the morning. Thank you Rico good job!
I went in this morning to pick up breakfast. The entire restaurant was nasty including the workers attitudes. There was Burger King food and trash on one end of the high counter area, a calculator and paperwork on the other end of the high counter area. There were patrons waiting on to go orders sitting in the booths. I stood and waited for a to go patron to get up from a booth to sit down. I asked the server if she could clean off the table for me and she was rude and said they were just waiting for a to go order.
It's 1:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. I see everyone working so i don't trip.. the cashier is helping cook and someone is waiting so i assume they're making his order. the cashier who might actually be the manager (her uniform was different) is too busy talking about her boyfriend not doing enough for her financially and sleeping with her best friend. No greeting from anyone not even "we'll be with you in a moment" and then some men started coming in also looking to place orders. That's when finally the guy that was cleaning goes and asks them if they need help but I've been waiting for almost 15 minutes at that point Don't waste your time. I say hey I've been waiting before them and he says they're cleaning everything so its going to be 15 to 20 minutes before they can Take orders . Which would have been no problem except that I had already been waiting and no one said that.
I originally went to the Waffle House on Memorial Drive and Hairston but got turned away by the lady because they were “cleaning for the shift change” ? however, a guy working there told me to go to this Waffle House so I did. They were also cleaning, but still allowed me to come inside and be seated and eventually order. I had NO problem waiting because I wanted to sit down and dine in anyway. I greatly appreciated the communication skills displayed here by these employees. I’ll jus come here wen I want Waffle House from now on.I felt at home here.
if you come to this location late at night, just search for somewhere else cause literally waited an hour in the parking lot and I just rather left. horrible service especially online orders.
This operations of this location is in complete chaos. There is food all over the floor in the back. The food is not good. This is the 2nd time, I got a waffle that was not good. Now I see why. Also, I didn’t order bacon. They gave me a glob of bacon with my hash browns. Who does that? They need more training. This is the absolute worst location that I have visited. Nice people, but unorganized operation.
Well first you have to find out where the entrance is..lololol, It's kinda confusing..I love waffle house' egg,cheese, and bacon biscuits, a lot of people don't know about their biscuit sandwiches, but they are sooo good and just enough not to be full in the mornings, I also have hash browns which were just right, my waitress was great, I ate my delicious breakfast with coffee, walked past the door a couple of times (lol) and left, full and happy...,
