Being more self aware and having customer service skills I wouldn’t have had to wait on my order to be made twice. When people are in the drive-thru ask them first “did you place a order” before assuming they just pulled up when I was told I could pick up my food there. If I had been asked my order while sitting at the drive thru I wouldn’t have had to come inside to find out they just gave it away.

I genuinely and whole-heartedly hope this dump goes out of Business...since covid this chain is one of the most distespectfull to its customers that I have seen.. I watched my wife stand at the counter for ten minutes being ignored by the five people behind the counter only to be told they've been to busy tonight and she would have to wait till the staff went on break before her order could be completed .... fu kkkkk waffle house

This is my favorite Waffle House. It's close to my home and I have never had anything but good experiences with the staff. The only reason this is 4 and not 5 stars is bc of the closings now. I'm not sure what's going on but I hope it gets figured out soon. Yesterday we got here around 11 am. It was busy and we had to wait. There were 3 people waiting behind us and 3 more parties came in after we were seated. The place was packed and the servers and cooks were doing an amazing job. All the sudden at 1130 am the manager, I'm guessing, calls out to the staff that after 12 noon they are not taking anymore sit down customers. Why? Yall had the business. Yall had the staff and they were willing and ready to work and doing an amazing job at it. It just makes no sense to stop taking sit down customers at noon on a Saturday. I know WH can't be doing that bad that they can't afford to keep their locations running like normal. How do you expect your servers to make any money if you go to strictly take outs like that? Especially when its busy and shows no signs of slowing down. That's how you lose good servers.

Worst Waffle House I ever been to in my life. Attitudes are horrible I mean ridiculous, Nobody wanna work everybody standing around on they phone looking at you like you didn’t come there to eat. Dirty Dishes sitting on the counter They close at noon NEVER BEEN TO A WAFFLE HOUSE THAT CLOSE WHEN ITS BUSY LIKE WHO TURNS DOWN MONEY this not even a last resort I’ll never go there again! Waste of time!

First walked in and greeted with rudeness. Then demanded this is where you sit. Waitress came over and asked if we ready to order. Needed a minute. I asked for coffee and was told I'll take your drink order when I come back to take your your order. This is the first waffle house ever that I have been too that I had to wait to get my coffee before I get my food. Food was under cooked. Hash browns were like eating baby food.

Great Waffle house actually. Employees are great and friendly and right on the point My food was actually delicious as is been long time i had that in Waffle house . Kudos to all staff right there in this house bc they friendly and professional ! Definitely i will be back here any time is on my way to house !

First I get there and am asked to wait cause third shift cook wasn’t there he gets there I order three eggs with cheese and onion double plate… somehow that came up to 11 which is more then a all star when I typically pay 8 then I get home to eggs with no cheese or onion in sight and no one answers the phone….I got to Waffle House three times a week and I’m getting sick of this

I'm a Current employee && I wanna apologize for any inconveniences But Please appreciate Us who has been coming to work to serve you guys. Our Location may by 24 hrs but 30 minutes before every shift change MOST severs and cooks like to close down to clean and prep for the next shift. !! I am NEW, and I am a Server and I do my BEST to serve and respect EVERYONE !! For those who have been to our location and are giving bad reviews of us taking breaks and or doing our job, please GIVE US A CHANCE !! I'm eating my JOB 5 STARS because we are a TEAM, we work hard and we do our BEST !! We are 1 out of many locations in Atlanta that keep our store clean, stocked and ready for DINE IN and TOGO orders 24 hrs a day !! Bare with us AS WE are a little short staff & HIRING !!!! SO LETS START OVER AND COME VISIT US ANY TIME, ANY DAY and enjoy a nice BRUNCH !!
