EVERY single time that I order from this location (online too AND to go), they NEVER get my order right and I don’t do special orders just what’s on the menu. So how do you give me a large bowl of hashbrowns instead of what I ordered which was the chicken bowl melt. They cannot follow simple instructions!!
By far the worst waffle house experience I have ever had. They were busy but that does not excuse the poor quality of the food. My hashbrowns were poorly executed. ...I specifically requested for them to be medium / light, not crispy. There was only one raggedy piece of tomato and the mushroom looked spoiled, they forgot my onions and they added my cheese after my plate had been sitting for at least two minutes. Also, My bacon was added as I was leaving. Furthermore, there was a hard piece of gristle/bone in my sandwich.I have been a loyal Waffle House patron for over 25 years and have visited these establishments in every part of Georgia, this is hands down the worst [email protected]
They need to update their hours. The cashier shouldn't be asking for tips in order to open up 30 minutes early too. Lady said if you tipping we are open.. How hood is this
I’ve been to this location back to back the past two nights, the service was great and pretty quick. The server/cook Raven was great both times she took my orders. The first night and keep me laughing the whole time I waited for my food and the second night she actually cooked my food for me. All and all it was a great experience.
This waffle house is the worst one that I ever been to. Food is not good at all. I remember that I had to take my food back hash browns was frozen they didn't give me my bacon and eggs were wrong it's a shame that I had to go all the way back there just to get order right. And they really need to clean cook area is nasty floors, etc. Workers are so rude and they fight and call each other nasty names. I won't be going back there again. Know I see why there ratings is a 3.9 not good at all
Came to this waffle house at 4:58am and the cook as well as server told me I had to wait 10 minute because they had to take a smoke break. The break was past 10 minutes and they seemed not to have any concern for several other customers that came to the order window. I’m not sure if customer service no longer exist but this is poor business management and a sorry reflection on Waffle House. As a GA native I find it embarrassing that even people out of town do not find Waffle House dependable of their needs. The Stone Mountain Area Waffle Houses needed to reflect reviews as well as customer needs because this area is showing a lack of care for specific clientele and demographics.
It has been a long time since we ate at a Waffle House. We stopped in for a bit of breakfast to start a day out. Service was quick. Place very clean. Not crowded on a Friday morning. Food was surprisingly tasty! Not greasy at all. Cooked perfectly and served hot. We had your basic breakfast foods. And yes the bacon was perfect!
I would have rated a negative O if I could have. I just left and the waitress was extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. She got our order wrong. We came back and she accused us of lying. We had just spent $30 on our order. Why would we lie about a sandwich. She slams the window in my face. I am reporting her to the highest level
