So I wanted to try a new wing spot so I came here. Since I never been , I tried several things. Shrimp fried rice ,a piece of catfish, & lemon pepper wings.It wasn't it. The fish was just all batter no flavor... didn't taste one seasoning. The wings were like vinegary/ salty. I couldn't eat but 2 because I felt like I was gona stroke out. The rice was decent but also lacked a little flavor& they didn't give soy sauce.The lemonade peach mix was good though
This is a pretty good new location. They are fast plus nice and friendly. Also they have a drive thru! The wings and rice us pretty good as well
The food is good always, no matter what location I go to. However, the customer service at this specific location reflects what could be a factor to why they are hiring for more employees right now. I walked in to only two people inside waiting on their orders, as I was solely going in to pickup MY order via Doordash. I already paid for the food before placing the order so I knew all I had to do was wait for it to be handed to me. The first thing I see behind the counter is my order and I patiently wait, with no acknowledgement from any employees since I walked in. The lady at the register takes a phone call while the other is cleaning the drink section. Still no one said a word. A man comes from back and calls out a order number for a customer who was already in the store. Okay cool. He stares me in the face after taking care of them and tries to hurry to the back. All I wanted was to get my food and he acted like he had no time to hear what I had to say. I shouldn’t have to raise my voice to receive decent customer service when that should be common courtesy anyway.
Egg rolls were over cooked and very greasy as if it was old and re-dipped in the deep fryer. Wings were ok could have been cooked a little longer for my taste. Fried rice had lumps of unmixed rice. Rice was alittle over cooked. Price was higher then Amazing Wings for the exact same order...
My first time eating there. The person at the counter was very polite and helpful. I ordered chicken wings and fries which was hot and very tasty.
The cashier acted like she couldn't here me as I was placing my order, they advertise in pictures items that they do not serve, I asked for 10 piece but received 6. The restaurant has dine in plenty of space the food was ok.
I gave this place 3 stars because the food is good HOWEVER the service you get from the AA women that works here is horrible. She speaks with an aggressive tone no matter how calm you are with her and she opened my tray like 5 times yawning and breathing all over my food. Ugh disgusting!!! Hopefully they speak with her in reference to her demeanor with customers.
Juicy Crab wings are great. Quanda have me great customer service when I expressed concerns about trash in the parking lot. I spoke civilly to the manager on duty and am confident the issue will get better. Truth is customers really should do better.
Shrimp fried rice with spicy honey garlic wingsI normally only go to the touchdown wings in Duluth, my favorite. I’m glad there’s one near me. The others I tried weren’t so great. This one is descent. I’m enjoying my food so far. Could be better
My wings were mushy and undercooked. Didnt seem like they were fried at all. Onion rings tasted dry, old and baked straight out a box. This location is not good. I tried twice
