Horrible service tonight! The person on headset was very short and borderline rude. I understand they were sold out of Mexican pizza but the tone was unnecessary. Then I asked for a #1 with NO SOUR CREAM and made sure to state I wanted tomatoes and she cut me off again to say they were out…ok fine, but then I got to the window and she had charged me for supreme…smh….then I got home and tacos full of sour cream…and I was without a receipt. I tried to call and got no answer. I will be looking to speak to a manager tomorrow. This is ridiculous.
I usually respect consistently in an establishment. I should also start by saying that I don't expect a Michelin star I just want what I ordered. Please don't be confused about me saying they're consistent because what I actually mean is that they're constantly the worst location and despite visiting several times there's been no improvement. I can't truly fault them however because I understand being apathetic towards a company that pays sh!+ wages but that only goes so far because others operate with excellence under similar circumstances.
We got in line ordered our food and as we paid and rolled up to the next window The guy said. Can you please wait out front and I was able to see a cop enter the drive-thru and leave before I even got my food and they were packed so service was slow and we did not get our straws
Look it's a fast food place during a time when employees aren't paid their worth. Went around 130pm on a Friday. They are doing dine in but ordering off the kiosk only, which I have absolutely no problem with, feel I can customize a lot easier than in person since I make changes etc.Food was made just fine and had no issues myself.
Wanted some taco bell after dark so I went with good intentions now I'm sick. Ordered 6 crunchy tacos and could tell something was wrong because the shells had a weird smell ate 3 but threw the other 3 away because it tasted so old and bitter yuck! Now I have the bubblies. Steer clear of this place at all cost. Taco bell has really fallen off chain wide so I'm done with them for life.
I got overcharged, told the receipt machine was broken, and my burrito's tortilla was stuck to the paper. ive gotten good food here a few times but alas, this experience was beyond the pail for me. i guess waffle house will remain the only late night food spot in the area.
Barely ever have what i want when i want it and very petty. Who ever was taking orders and making the orders on the night of Mar. 27, 2022...is extremely childish. The person taking the orders had an attitude and im guessin, either them or someone else didnt care about making sure the customer was satisfied. I ordered 3 regular crunchy tacos, and each 1 was half done. Barely any meat, lettuce or cheese. It was half a taco with each 1. And this isnt the first time. Smh, this is only 1 reason why people favor "Del Taco" over your franchise.
Hit or miss, sometimes they man the drive through but most times they do not. Order is always right but to the restaurant , NOBODY IS INTERESTED IN GOING INSIDE FROM THE DRIVE-THROUGH. Myself, and the 2 cars in front of me just left to other places, that’s 3 orders you missed out on at once closing drive through.
2/12/2022 Approximately 1:30 PM Ordered the 12 soft regular taco party pack for my family. The tacos were dripping with excess grease that wasn’t drained from the ground beef. The grease dripped onto my shirt upon consumption. None of the sauces requested were included in the box. Also didn’t receive a paper receipt, but I did pay with a credit card. $20 worth of hog swill.
I come here often and normally the service is great. The lady taking orders was extremely rude. The window service was fast as normal and the guy at the window was decent enough.
