This location is sorry, they said 8am online an on the door. They leave you sitting an the box an say nothing. They you knock on the door an they put there hands up saying 9 .. that isn’t what the hours say. The manager on down needs to be replaced. This location is the worst an by far the most terrible Taco Bell I have ever been at, an the only reason they have 1 star from me is because you can type without hitting a star.
EXTREMELY unprofessional! I went in to pick up a doordash which may have obviously been done because I seen a few sitting on the heater. Walked in NO GREETING, the young employee continued to get drinks from the freeze machine by the counter without saying a word, the other lady continued to make food while looking back at the line piling up without saying hello or anything for our wait. I walked out and cancelled the order now another dasher has to come and that customer will have to wait longer. I waited at least 10 minutes. DO BETTER!!!
Got the power bowl. Terrible. Rice was hard and steak was salty. Had it remade twice and it was worse the second. Waited a long time as well. Did drive than went in and waited. Manager acted like I was wrong for bringing the food back. And didn't give me what I asked for after I repeated the order 4 times. She had a nasty attitude than got smart and called me a guy.
Edit: they gave away my food!!!!!! And are trying to fix it with a free taco! They are ignoring everybody in the lobby.The slowest. If you want to wait 30 minutes for "fast food", this is the place.The drive thru people told me to come inside and order. There are 8 cars outside waiting for their food. There are 3 door dashers, and 4 other customers waiting. I ordered nachos and a crunch wrap supreme. Why am I still standing here 30 minutes later?The worst.
It’s great as long as you get there at least two hours before they close and want a random assortment of items you didn’t order haphazardly thrown into a bag. I don’t know what the employees are doing there but it sure as hell isn’t their jobs. I’ve backed out of the drive through line more times than I’ve actually gotten food there. Don’t even bother.

The food inside the shell was a dab it was horrible you had more shell than meat I spend 20 empty shell. I want my money back I was so disappointed and the food was ice cold even after they parked us to wait on it. Sad sad sad mess. I want a full size refund.
asked us to come around and wait in the lot instead of by the window. They also asked like 10 other people to do that. Waited an hour for our food. They closed the lobby so we couldn't get in to ask for a refund or what was happening with our order. This is uncool. If they can't make the orders they need to turn people away. What a mess. Do not order here lol
They didn't put lettuce on my tacos.. which is amazing due to the fact that there are only 3 ingredients.. they were trying to rush me through the order by letting me know my total before I could finish ordering. Crunchy shells were soggy.. Taco Bell is usually great in a late night pinch. Not so much this time.
It was actually pretty nice! And i really shouldnt be as impressed as i am, because honestly they were just doing there jobs, now dont get me wrong they did it very well n were very polite. Most , well all, lol, i swear every outting there is something wring n its only because of employees just not doing their jobs or just being plain out ignorant and nasty about everything n all u r asking them to do is their job. So anyway, tacobell job well done this evening! It was refreshing to actually get what i ordered n paid for!! It didnt taste too bad either ?? mita been a fluke but u can try it, it doesnt seem to b a place u should avoid. Thx!!!
