The worse Subway ever, in fact I have notice the decline of this Subway for awhile the website says they close at 9 30 pm but the close at 8 50 pm am di walked into the ship only to be told we are closed the young ladies behind the counter were very nasty and sarcastic so I suggest all of the neighbors and people who live in the immediate area stop eating and ordering from there and maybe the will get a crash course in business more importantly the supply and demand aspect and decrease sales mean lay offs. Especially if when customer service or customer decency is lacking. I WISH I COULD GIVE A HALF A STAR!
There is a grown worker who harasses the YOUNG MINOR girls there. The manager does not care about customer or workers well being. The food is disgusting food gets dropped on the dirty ground and still gets served. Also there is a person who continually steals sandwiches close to 10 times and the owner refuses to contact the police. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is disgusting and purely awful
Got here just now, at 9:10 p.m. store closes at 9:30. Open sign on,and door unlocked. They told us they were closed.

When we arrived, we should have turned around. There was an employee on a cell phone arguing and cursing out a manager or supervisor of sorts on her cell phone. This employee was in street clothes, but continued making her way to the back, behind the counter to continue her verbal onslaught. The guy taking our order couldn't pay attention to us because he was eagerly looking back at his coworker and remaining involved in her conversation.We must've repeated our orders at least 5 times, EACH, not to mention the questions he asked after we had clearly stated what we wanted.The atmosphere was nothing professional, safe, nor inviting. The worker on the cell phone should have never been in there attempting to handle the business for which she was thoroughly upset. She could have taken the phone outside, it wasn't a landline.There was another worker in the store, sitting on a stool and handing the cell phone back and forth to the upset employee. Before she finally left out, the employee making our sandwiches remained enthralled with the upset employee and told her to wait for him to come outside.Now for the food...My sandwich was okay, hence, the 1 star rating. However, my husband ordered a salad and we were shocked at how it was made and his response when we questioned him. At ALL other Subway locations, our salads are cut up or chopped. THIS time, the cheese slices were laid on top of the salad, and nothing was chopped. It was literally like a sandwich in a bowl, minus the bread. When we asked about it being chopped, he stated, "We don't do that here."We won't be back to this location.
The young lady named Ashanti was so pleasant , great service , she’s is alway so nice and starts great convos . I will definitely be back ? and my sandwich was good.
This location does not accept coupons. And the worker did not wear a mask. Every subway I've been to accept coupons except this location.
This was the 1st time we visited this location, but there was a young man who worked alone & who I overheard was still in high school...well he ran the hell out of that place!! He gave us & the previous people A+ service!! He was polite, professional & actually listened to our order requests!! He needs to work his way up to Manager!! AND the place was clean!!?

Always like to go because they make our sandwich with new knife and new veggies because we didn’t eat meat so we feel like home , clean and good Coustmor service.
